The location of this hotel is very good, five minutes walk from metro station and ten from Tour Eiffel. The neighborhood is very nice. Our room was small and basic but very clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk for free in the lobby. I'll stay here again for sure.

Clean, and bright. Modular furniture makes best use of little space. Big comfortable bed. Good WiFi Recommended only because Paris is such a bad city for "budget" hotels. Most others don't feel so clean, roomy, and comfortable. Small room and expensive. Typical of Paris. "Work desk" was too small. Even a MacBook Air hung over the edge of the table. Larger laptops would fall off.

Hotel is near Trocadero, Eiffel tower, metro station... Great english speaking staff, breakfast in room if you want for fair price, modern designed hotel. Very peacefull rooms even on the street side. Little space for clothes if you stay more than few days.

The room's walls might be sound proof but the doors definitely aren't. Sound leak coming through the door is a major issue in this hotel. Light sleepers be advised. Also the linens are not replaced daily.

It's a very nice, quiet and clean hotel -every day they changed our towels and they provided amenities. The bathroom is a little odd (the shower, the washbasin and the wc were in different places -it turns out to be very comfortable though!). The breakfast was good and not particulary expensive considering how pricy Paris is. I would reccomend not to prepay for it, but wait and see for yourself! It is in a very good area, very close to a metro station and Tour Eiffel. There are some resteurants near but they are rather expensive. The staff. They were polite and discrete but every time we asked them for information they were inaccurate.

The hotel gives a modern , fresh & bright impression which is quite unusual for a 3 star hotel in Paris! Services are basic but well thought out and good quality- staff are friendly , helpful and efficient - good to have the free internet which was easy to use and fast enough. Shower room was very good! A good budget choice for a business traveller who does not need the amnities of larger more expensive/luxurious hotels Not a complaint but an observation for others - the room is very small and compact - on the road side rooms there is traffic noise from about 5am

Tiny, quaint, but lovely, clean and quiet. Location is wonderful - close to metro and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees, and many other attractions. Staff at check-in desk were friendly and most helpful. Free wifi in rooms, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby - appreciate this, as coffee is SO expensive. Breakfast is extra. Try the Banana Nutella crepes at street stand - incredible! The view - our room was on the first floor - no view, but we only needed to walk a block and a half to see the Eiffel Tower, so we could live with that!

The hotel was very clean It was very strange having the bathroom in the bedroom, I have never encountered this before. The doors were noisy when someone left a room, it was sure to wake you.

Location was great, hotel modern and very clean. The room was noisy from time to time, particularly with other guests arriving late at night. I was on the 4th floor but my room still smelt of bacon/eggs every morning as soon as breakfast started. The smell was quite strong.

Location was very central. Very clean. Room was small, but comfortable. Perhaps a kettle in the room would be a good option! Better selection for breakfast, was not worth the price.

First of all .. The location of the hotel is excellent, from exit 3 leads you straight on to the hotel street. Upon exiting from the underground, there are few restaurants which are always crowded. Only 2-3 mins walk to the hotel, and you will go pass 2 hotels, shops and offices, safe for walking even in the night. I got a single room for myself, the design is well planned and is not small. You have what you need in the room .. Toilet facilites is good and comfortable design. There is even a high table that acts as a bedside table for u to write n place ur small belongings. The nespressor in the lobby serves coffee with tea too and is available all time as bonus, and the breakfast area has small tables that can serve as a common place for small discussions if travelling in groups. Overall, the hotel is fantastic and I will recommend it to my friends !
