Au Palais De Chaillot Hotel

3部屋借りたのですが、部屋によってバスルームの広さに違いはありましたが、価格で考えたら小さいバスルームの部屋でも妥当な作りだと思いました。スタッフの皆さんが親切で、チェックイン時間前に伺っても親切な対応をして下さいました。

立地条件は最高。凱旋門、エッフェル塔まで散歩程度の距離でたどり着きます。オペラ座界隈にでるのにもメトロで１０分て緯度と便利でした。すぐとなりにコンビニもあり便利。駅から５分ほど歩きますが気になる距離ではありません。歯ブラシ・シャンプー類は揃っていませんがフランスでは普通。洗面所にイスが置いてあっただけでも良いほうかと思います。きれいに清掃されており、スタッフも親切でした。

強いて言えば・・・大きなスーツケース持参の旅行者には、エレベーターが小さく（二人乗ったら隙間なし）、また各階の中間地点にあるためそこまで昇るか、またはくだらないと乗れません。また地下鉄の駅は６番線のみなので乗り換えが必須。私はそれほど面倒ではなかったのですが、それが面倒と感じる方は無理かも・・・プロモ価格だったのでお得でしたがノーマル価格だと高く感じると思います。

観光するには最適の立地です。駅から近く女性一人でも安心でした。スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーです！ホテルの隣には小さなコンビニのようなお店があるので便利です。

立地条件もいいし、お部屋も清潔だし、フロントの対応もよかった。割引価格で泊まれるならお得だと思います。

壁が薄いのか、部屋の外から足音が聞こえてきました。あとエレベーターが、　各階の踊り場にあって、スーツケースを持ってると、かなり不便でした。

ホテルのオーナーはとてもFriendlyであった。精算後、わざわざ日本国歌をかけて歌って下さった程。

LANケーブル等、IT環境は無し。またエレベータも中二階からの一人用のみ。鍵も中からかけるタイプ。ビジネス用には不向き。

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Due minuti a piedi per arrivare al Trocadero. Ottimo prezzo.

La moquette è impossibile da pulire bene per quanto penso che tentassero di pulire molto bene tutto l'hotel in generale la moquette nelle camere e nei corridoi

The room was nice,clean, little bit small but enough to stay over night.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location was fabulous as well - just a short walk from the metro and the eiffle tower.

The location of the hotel was great as it was easy access to most of the tourist attraction.

The only thing I did not like was the size of the lift, as it was too small. It was located few steps from the ground floor and the staircase were narrow and going up in circle.The choice of resturant where few with the same type of food.

Staff were helpful & friendly. They agreed to change my room to a (double) room that face the street, when I was very disappointed with the original (single) room with the window just facing a wall on the backyard, it was like being in a prison!

I was disappointed with the facilities: their website made it look far better than it really was. Satellite TV- which only had 1 channel CNN in English! Old fashion TV hanging on the wall like in hospital! Extremely narrow staircase with the very tiny old fashion lift cramp into the stairwell, lift door opening into the staircase! Quite impossible to bring the cases upstairs to the 6th floor!
