3部屋借りたのですが、部屋によってバスルームの広さに違いはありましたが、価格で考えたら小さいバスルー- ムの部屋でも妥当な作りだと思いました。スタッフの皆さんが親切で、チェックイン時間前に伺っても親切な対- 応をして下さいました。 |

清潔で快適なホテルでした。エッフェル塔が近かったので、歩いて夜のライトアップが見に行けたので、良かっ- たです。ただ、ホテルに重きを置く旅行には不向きかもしれません。 エレベーターが狭いこと。隣の部屋の音がかなり聞こえること。ﾊﾟﾘの古い建物はほとんどそんな感じと聞い- ていますが・・・。 |

立地条件は最高。凱旋門、エッフェル塔まで散歩程度の距離でたどり着きます。オペラ座界隈にでるのにもメト- ロで１０分て緯度と便利でした。すぐとなりにコンビニもあり便利。駅から５分ほど歩きますが気になる距離で- はありません。歯ブラシ・シャンプー類は揃っていませんがフランスでは普通。洗面所にイスが置いてあっただ- けでも良いほうかと思います。きれいに清掃されており、スタッフも親切でした。 強いて言えば・・・大きなスーツケース持参の旅行者には、エレベーターが小さく（二人乗ったら隙間なし）、- また各階の中間地点にあるためそこまで昇るか、またはくだらないと乗れません。また地下鉄の駅は６番線のみ- なので乗り換えが必須。私はそれほど面倒ではなかったのですが、それが面倒と感じる方は無理かも・・・プロ- モ価格だったのでお得でしたがノーマル価格だと高く感じると思います。 |

エッフェル塔見物には、最適の場所と思います。シングルの場合、少し狭く感じますが、値段と場所を考えれば- 問題ないでしょう。朝食は、パン３種類と、ジュース、コーヒーで、ハムなどはありません。 |

観光するには最適の立地です。駅から近く女性一人でも安心でした。スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーです！- ホテルの隣には小さなコンビニのようなお店があるので便利です。 |

君が代をご存じのフロントマン、日本語であいさつをしてくださる方もおられ驚きましたし、嬉しくなりました- 。トワレ、シャワーなど水まわりを毎日掃除してくれ、タイルもピカピカ、とてもキレイでした。またタオルも- 毎日交換していてくれていたし、急いで出たベッドもきちんと直していてくれて、疲れて帰ってとても嬉しくな- りました。最寄り駅からもすぐですし、エッフェル塔近くとあってオシャレなカフェやパン屋さんもあり、羽を- 伸ばすことができました。ただ重たい荷物を持って階段を上るのがきつかったです。 |

三ツ星ということもあるのか、同料金レベルのイタリアのホテルではついていない湯沸し器が部屋にあり、便利- でした。部屋も広くはないが、狭すぎず、清潔でした。ホテルのそばにピザ屋があるので、テイクアウトするの- も便利。また小さい商店もあるので、水を買うのに便利（客室に冷蔵庫がありますが、もちろん高いです） 他の方指摘されていますが、ボローニャ駅ホテル側の出口が現在のところないので（ただいま工事中）、一旦反- 対側の出口から出て、ぐるっとまわってホテルに向かうので、少し不便かも。また、客室のタオルがタオルでは- なく、テーブルクロスのような布なのもどうかと。（拭いた気がしない）また、人によると思いますが、フロン- トの方は英語をあまり話していませんでした。 |

立地条件もいいし、お部屋も清潔だし、フロントの対応もよかった。割引価格で泊まれるならお得だと思います- 。 壁が薄いのか、部屋の外から足音が聞こえてきました。あとエレベーターが、 各階の踊り場にあって、スーツケースを持ってると、かなり不便でした。 |

Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Although i had read that rooms would be very small, ours was one of the bigger ones and we were very happy with it for the night. |

My friend and I are very positive about this hotel. Very clean and quiet, nice english speaking personnel, perfect location with 2 different metrolines closeby and on top of that the owner offered us a free upgrade of our room because he still had rooms left. Very kind & much appreciated. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the price is fair enough for Paris. That is all. It is a challenge to use the elevator. Also the stairs are not friendly. Very small room and bathroom. |

I liked that it was in a good area, 10 min walk to the Tower, and 20 min walk to the Arc, easy access to the bus stop by the Arc then the 20 min walk to the hotel. |

Very central, easy walk to Seine, Eiffel Tower, metro, water bus and sight seeing busses. Staff very friendly stairs and very small elevator make it inaccessable to wheelchair users and people with mobility issues. |

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Due minuti a piedi per arrivare al Trocadero. Ottimo prezzo. La moquette è impossibile da pulire bene per quanto penso che tentassero di pulire molto bene tutto l'hotel in generale la moquette nelle camere e nei corridoi |

Closeness to the Eiffel Tower and thats about all! The front desk man was rude. The pictures were not what the hotel presented in true life. The stairs were dangerous, as well as the elevator. I was overall very displeased and felt I over spent for what they had to offer. We were with a few other people who also rented rooms, we had to argue about everything. They had us booked longer than we planned, which made the billing inaccurate. They had the wrong type of rooms available for us compared to what we reserved and wwhen I asked questions refering to their actual website and what its amenities were they were unsure of it. Disappointed!!!! |

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location was fabulous as well - just a short walk from the metro and the eiffle tower. |
