Cheap Bathroom was dirty, the room smelled like cigarette smoke (despite the claim to be a non-smoking hotel), the bed was fairly uncomfortable (it had sunk in the midle) overall not a nice place to stay.

Heplful staff member with good English readily available at reception excellent local eatery recommended onfoot of request felt very safe and well looked after. important when travelling alone. requests forwarded at time of booking were noted and acted on by hotel staff.

We had requested 3 beds. When the booking was accepted, we were not told there would not be three beds. The cost of breakfast at 8 euros was overpriced and an unattractive display of breakfast items. Coffee from a machine was terrible.

Convenience for buses and the centre of the ville basse. Quite good lighting (hotel lights are usually too poor to read by). A bit tacky; not particularly attractive. Badly insulated: you can hear the other guests in neighbouring rooms.

I liked the location which was close to the train station. Unclean bedsheets. Hairs embedded in flannel sheet. Could not access wifi in our room as advertised. No air conditioning. Very slow water drainage. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend or stay here again.

The hotel is close to the railway station, town centre, restaurants and places of interest. The receptionists are friendly and speak english. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

The hotel was nice, it is located 10 min by feet from the train station and only a little bit more far away from the castle. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, only a big fan under the ceiling, which makes quite loud sounds. It was the most expensive hotel during our trip and at the same time the only without air conditionung. The room was the smallest of all rooms we've stayed in.

Very close to the city center and to the castle. The room was clean. Free wifi. Good for one night. My room was at the 3rd stage without elevator. The room was quite small and old-fashioned. Not suitable for long stays.

Leaving in the morning, the room which was a disabled room smelled of pee. It was all open plan and very offputting when using the toilet. I am not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the toilet or from the bed area. We had to pay 9 euros for the privilege of parking at the back of the hotel which in my mind was too much for that as well. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone far better if you can find one of the cheaper hotels they are better value for money very disappointing
