Comfortable, clean and friendly. Free parking available nearby. Surrounding areas being developed, so not very attractive, but the hotel itself has a pretty enclosed garden. Aparently pet friendly (though we did not bring any). |

Pleasant garden and although near the centre a quiet location. Very convenient for the central station as well as the shuttle bus to the TGV station. |

Lovely windows overlooking the garden, and the room was just right in terms of price, size, and features |

The size of the room and the facilities in it were good. Also the room was light and airy and had a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast was poor value for money, but there was not an easy alternative. There were no cafe/bars in the immediate vicinity as the hotel was sandwiched between a busy road and a railway line and separated from the old town by the busy road. |

Our double room was very small and simple but with a lovely terrace, which would have been very pleasant had the weather been warmer. Breakfast room very cold. It would have been nice to have plates! Breakfast very minimal for the price charged - 7.50. |

Proximity to Avignon centre, Leclerc hypermarket, rail and bus stations. Quiet location. Free wi-fi. Large garden must be very pleasant in summer - not during what was a very wet October! |

Hotel staff gave us a lot of help, especially when my suitcase could not unlocked. Enough info about scenery is also provided. |

The old house was charming and the decor attractive. It was nice to have a peaceful garden to sit in after the noise and bustle of the city. The two men running the hotel were brusque and unfriendly. There were no plugs in our bathroom, either for the bath or the basin. When we asked, one was provided which did not fit either bath or basin. Despite staying for 6 nights we were never asked whether everything was all right or if we were enjoying our stay. I don't think that we are difficult guests. We visit France once or twice a year, invariably staying in small, family hotels, usually Logis. We always enjoy our stays - this was the most unwelcoming hotel we have come across. |

It was a beautifully decorated little French style hotel. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff, although perhaps a little more knowledge of English would have been good. I feel awful saying that as we don't speak French, and therefore feel a little ignorant saying they should speak English, however it is a hotel and you would expect that most tourists would speak some version of English. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and lovely though. |

Good quiet location just outside the city walls. All places of interest were in walking distant. Supermarket is nearby and bus stop for the TVG is a five minute walk. Hotel was clean, the staff were helpful but do not speak english. |

The room was very clean, and it was close to the city centre. The breakfast was very poor and the garden was fenced off. I know that it is not a pre-requisit in France but a kettle in the room would have been appreciated. |

The atmosphere here was delightful! A beautiful garden, a lounge area where we felt most at ease with books to read as well as travel information |

We asked for a garden view room & was given a room on the 1st floor at the rear of the property facing the garden with a balcony.. v nice. A quiet location in a busy place just outside the City wall, 10 mins walk to the rail station (Avignon Town Centre) & also into the town. The bed was a little warped ..but seems to be a common trait in French hotels during our 2 weeks travels around France. |

We met the family and mixed with the family and felt at home. We enjoyed the quaint garden setting in a quiet neighbourhood, yet so close to the city center. |
