Logis Hôtel Au Tambour    

Driving through Europe and needed a place with free parking.

The room was clean and comfortable with a shower over the bath. Tea and coffee making was a bonus but there was only one of everything for a double room

There was only one tea bag,one coffee, one milk and one biscuit in a room for two people.

It was generally fine

I didn't like to wait for breakfast at 8-00am, everywhere else seems to start at, or before 7-00am, and I didn't like to have to wait for the reception to open at 3-00pm - especially when I was soaking wet from my motorcycle ride to get there.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable, well-designed, spacious family room. Parking on road outside.

Good value for money, friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel 'breaths a good atmophere' and is a pleasant place to stay in.

Location is a bit awkward in a residential area, but within walking distance of down town Reims.

Room, which was a non-fumeur, nevertheless smelled of cigarette smoke. I am sure this is historical and not from recent use.

Room was perfectly adequate. Mini bar fridge a plus. Shower / bath choice. Swimming pool was main attraction for me. Quiet residential location with space to park car. Very convenient for centre au ville if you are not averse to a 10 minute walk.

I dined out so can't comment on evening meals but found the restaurant too small and crowded to enjoy breakfast in comfort - constantly dodging around to avoid staff and other guests is not my idea of a relaxing start to the day. Blazing row that erupted during breakfast between owners and young member of staff might be regarded as entertaining by some but for me it was about as unprofessional as it gets and utterly ruined my morning.

It suited our purpose as a one night stop over.

The location was not brilliant, about 20 mins walk from the town centre in an slightly downmarket area.

Helpful staff, attractive decor, good accommodation for the price. Quiet location but close to town centre. We parked our motorbike in the garage but there is free parking outside in the steet.

We arrived later than check in time but the friendly staff did waited until we arrived, we did however phoned them to let them know we were delayed. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

They have a summer schedule in which they close in the midday and at nigth the reception and it is very incovenient as Booking.com does not advertise it. When we arrived we couldn't check in as it was closed so we had to come back later and one night, when we arrived one out of the 2 cards we had was demagnetised so we were able to enter the hotel but our 2 friends could not enter their room and there was no staff to help, it wasn't easy to get assistance but we finally managed to call a help number and got the help we needed. This is something to adveritse and for the hotel to improve!!

Either Logis de France have slipped their standards or this one should not be a member. The room was extremely small and ill-lit, the breakfast was poor. Extemely expensive whatever you want from your stay.

Good sized room, breakfast room location very convienient. Car parking good, free wifi in room.

Not much choice for eating out at night without travelling.

As stated 15 mins from centre but comfortable accommodation and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant indeed

The welcome at the hotel was very good and the room, though small, was very comfortable and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was in a quiet street away 15 minutes walk from the city centre but had pleasant areas to enjoy a glass of wine in the sun!

Good location for exploring the centre of Reims. Free street car parking a plus. Very helpful staff who put themselves out to find information for us on brocantes and antique shops. Comfortable room with air conditioning but rather cramped as is usual in France!

ランスの繁華街とは反対側なので少し不便（繁華街まで約20分）だが、キレイなホテルで快適。ツインのシン- グルユースで、冷蔵庫・エアコン・ＴＶ付き。バスタブ付きシャワーは、水量豊富で勢いが良く、排水も溜まる- ことはない！タオルも比較的キレイなものが用意されている。 夏場はプールも使用でき、水着持参を勧める。 朝食は食べていない。

繁華街とは反対にあり、近くに美味しいお店がない。
