Staff and location. There is parking lot nearby that always had available space, and it's free over night. Very small room, noise from the street (but you have air-condition, so you can close the window - then it's ok). |

Es un hotel pequeño, familiar, donde puedes entrar y salir sin problemas, y cerca del tren. Además está muy bien ubicado para poder visitar ciudades como Cannes, Niza o Mónaco |

Close to the beach (4 min walking distance), nice and helpful owner, good value for the price problem with the parking place. In the neighbourhood there is almost no free parking place during the day, what is more, all other (paid) are difficult to find. At night is much easier to find it. |

Sehr sauberes, herziges Hotel!! Nur ca. 300 m vom traumhaften Strand und Städchen Juan-les-Pins entfernt. Hoteleinrichtung ist ziemlich neu (Betten sind ein halbes Jahr alt). Hotel wird von einem netten & hilfsbereiten Ehepaar geführt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss! Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden! :-) Einziger kleiner negativ Punkt ist, dass es zum Teil gegen den Morgen ein bischen laut ist von der Strasse etc... |

Het is echt een hotel waar een familiesfeer hangt. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn netjes (niet luxe) en schoon. Goede badkamer. Redelijk geluid dicht aangezien je echt in het centrum van Juan les Pins zit. Goed ontbijt voor weinig geld. |

pulizia, accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale, accettano gli animali senza farne un problema. l'albergo è situato vicinissimo alle spiagge. un fastidio è il parcheggio, ma se ti organizzi non è così fastidioso. si risolve senza alcun onere. |

Proximité a la plage/bord de la mèr. C`est un hôtel tres bien pour ceux avec un petit budget, qui veulent avoir un endroit propre ou dormir. On a bien aimé qu`ils ont installé la climatisation. On a bien dormi. Mais il faut fermer la fênetre quand même sinon il y a beaucoup de bruit. manque d`ascenseur pour ceux avec beaucoup de bagages ou des bagages lourdes. Le check out c`est 11h, 12h aura était mieux. |
