It was a bit noisy. Near our window were some air conditioners and when
it worked was pretty loud.

quite close to the beach and in a nice village. Good for a summer vacation, the price was ok.

no lift. Noises from the window at night (but it was possible to close the window and turn on the air conditioning). Small room. Reception closed during the night.

I stayed with two friends on a short golf break. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My room was on first floor overlooking main road . Small but excellent shower. Petit dejeuner was a bargain at 5.5 euros in this expensive part of the world. The owner let us park in his reserved place directly outside the hotel. It is only a 5 min walk to beach ( recommend le petit plage private beach & pontoon

no door to bathroom which might upset some. No lift to 2nd or 3rd floors.

Be careful with breakfast. They charge regular fee also for 2 year baby. Even he was eating his own special stuff. If room is having street window it's almost impossible sleeping due to street noise.

The linen was always fresh and the room kept very clean

No, if you do not like some traffic noise it might disturb you but I did not mind and slept soundly.

The location is excellent for the Cannes/Nice bus and the train station and the (public) beach. The couple who own and run the hotel were consistently nice and helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. Everything worked. We chose the hotel based on good reviews and were not disappointed.

Die Nähe zum Strand

Nur ein hoteleigener Parkplatz auf der Straße vor dem Hotel. Wir kamen selber mit 2 Autos (s. Buchung 2 Zimmer). Die Klimaanlage in dem Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße war zu laut, um sie die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen. Das Fenster zur Straße konnte man auch nicht offen lassen, da die ganze Nacht über der Verkehr nicht aufhörte.

good location, 5 minutes walk to beach. public parking near hotel (very busy but cheap fee)

the hotel did not well operated, I reserved hotel parking, but could not use, because of bud communication between owner and his wife. (we parked my car in public parking)
