Staff and location. There is parking lot nearby that always had available space, and it's free over night. Very small room, noise from the street (but you have air-condition, so you can close the window - then it's ok). |

The owners were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the train station, the beach and crocery stores. The breakfast wasn't really good value for money. |

quite close to the beach and in a nice village. Good for a summer vacation, the price was ok. no lift. Noises from the window at night (but it was possible to close the window and turn on the air conditioning). Small room. Reception closed during the night. |

I stayed with two friends on a short golf break. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My room was on first floor overlooking main road . Small but excellent shower. Petit dejeuner was a bargain at 5.5 euros in this expensive part of the world. The owner let us park in his reserved place directly outside the hotel. It is only a 5 min walk to beach ( recommend le petit plage private beach & pontoon no door to bathroom which might upset some. No lift to 2nd or 3rd floors. |

Be careful with breakfast. They charge regular fee also for 2 year baby. Even he was eating his own special stuff. If room is having street window it's almost impossible sleeping due to street noise. |

The linen was always fresh and the room kept very clean No, if you do not like some traffic noise it might disturb you but I did not mind and slept soundly. |

Super nettes Hotelpersonal (Familienbetrieb). Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe Zentrum. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr Sauber. Wurde renoviert. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind ein bisschen problematisch, hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Hotel hat leider nur 2 Parkplätze. |

si tratta di un picco albergo senza pretese, vicino alla spiaggia di Juan les Pins, ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per soggiorni minimi (2-3 giorni). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. |
