Very kind and helping staff. Exelent food. A very nice and sweet design of the dining room. The ringing of the church bells was soft and pleasant. The view was splendid. The place is hard to find without a gps. |

Hotel is nicely situated near Nancy. Rooms are good. Our experience with the service of the restaurant was frustrating. The service was very unfriendly and our own iniative to take another table, due to the low sun, was clearly not appreciated. |

Nice location in the mountains, beautiful views around, calm and relaxing, good food. As we had to change rooms (a 3rd person joining us) the bed in the second room was quite uncomfortable and we had no time to ask for changing the room. |

Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of rooms and hotel in general. Very pleasant surroundings and beautiful views of mountains. Distance to downtown Annecy. Not easy to find. |

Pretty location. Enjoyed hearing the church bell. Hotel has lift. Children charged at same rate as adults for very basic breakfast. Breakfast overpriced. Evening meal in hotel very expensive for what was provided. |

A well run family hotel. Family friendly and a relaxed and quiet place. the wifi connection was poor in my room and i needed to hire a technician to connect to the network.A second wifi unit is required in the 2nd floor to provide a signal strong enough to allow all rooms to detect the signal with ease. |

The scenery was outstanding and it offered some nice hills for runners looking for a good workout. Even though the room was a bit small there was still room to replace the double bed with at least a queen bed, which would have made the stay more comfortable. |

La localisation par rapport à Annecy , dans un village hyper calme .Charmant acceuil de la part des proprios . Le petit déjeuner est tout juste français, que du sucré, pour ce prix, une tranche de jambon ou de fromage serait le bienvenu. |

L'hotel est très calme, tout comme le lieu où il est situé. Rien à redire en ce qui concerne la propreté ou la gentillesse du personnel. Cet hôtel est fait pour des gens qui recherche du repos! |

Hotel ist nahe an Annecy und hat ein gutes Restaurant im Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt laut Hotelbeschreibung ist etwas kompliziert; wir haben uns an den Straßennummern und an den Hinweisschildern "Argonnay" und "Mairie" orientiert; das Hotel ist neben der gut sichtbaren Kirche. |

Het verblijf in het hotel was erg rustig. De kamer was ruim genoeg en de toiletruimte was modern en en ruim ingericht. we hadden het geluk dat we een balkon hadden met enigzins zicht op de bergen. Een mooie digitale tv aanwezig en gratis wifi. De kamers mogen gemoderniseerd worden. Het ontbijt wat doorging voor continental was aan de zuinige kant met weinig keuze mogelijkheden. |
