Perfect location to mont st michel friendly and very efficient staff good value for money .Would book again .
Charming rural setting. Loved seeing from our window the cows and sheep walking by. Good breakfast. We could see Mont St. Michel from the hotel.
Good location with an excellent view of mt saint Michel Good food Very authentic and cozy atmosphere Nice rooms Good value/price
The food was bit expensive (we actually found this amusing but some people may not like it) There're a lot of sheeps around so as expected there's manure (and manure smell) in the street
Smell of the sheep but I guess I'm just not used to it
Within walking distance of Mon st Michel. Restaurant very good plus the menu was in English.
wifi was good Location bed was comfortable
access to room #12 up a little staircase a distance from the car park with no coverage - especially in the weather! A kettle would have been handy
Location. So close to Mont-Saint-michel. Beautiful large room with a very comfy bed.Excellent food at restaurant, but a bit pricey.
The shower was rather odd. No door nor curtain.
Clean room with good facilities, nice restaurant
The hotel was comfortable clean and perfectly placed for the Mont St Michel. Although the staff was very busy they were very pleasant. Good breakfast and an excellent dinner
The food was the best I had in Normandy! They even drove me to the bus stop when I injured my leg! Fantastic staff!
Clean comfortable room, pleasant restaurant, nice location with plenty of parking.
Economy hotel, near Mt. Saint Michele which was very visible at night. Rooms are small and very simple, as you would expect from the price. Restaurant on site was decent and the chicken stew I had for dinner was excellent. Otherwise, you get what you pay for, which was just fine.
wi-fi was not easy to use
Distant silhouette view of Mont St. Michele across from the main entrance of the hotel; the mont is only 7 min. or so away from Mont St. Michel shuttle pickup. Breakfast in the breakfast room of the hotel was very nice w/ several options for beverages (capuccino, cafe late, hot cocoa, espresso, juices etc.), croissants, cheeses, hams, dry cereals, yogurts, and fresh fruit. Hotel located in quiet little sleeping village.
Limited directions made it hard to find by car. Couldn't find good directions on the website or via google maps. We ended up having to ask two people on the street and the second was able to point us in the right direction.
Location Very good restaurant Quiet Comfortable bed Spacious bathroom Very pleasant staff
Outside steps to access room
There were flies from the out side flying in the room.
The location is really good, very close to St Michel. The food menu is also quite good, considering that there are not a lot of choices around.
The rooms are not very well conditioned. We were 4 people and one room did not have any window, so it was difficult to sleep
The view of the mont from over the road is quite lovely.
The restaurant staff were a bit rushed and curt. Because of the mosquitos it is difficult to have the bedroom window open at night. The covered in outdoor bar area needs to be washed out every few days because dozens of sheep run past every day and leave quite a mess that just gets walked in. It was quite poopy and smelly when we were there and it was not swept away at all for two days.
Everything in general. In the morning we could watch a group of sheeps led by some dogs.
Breakfast didn't have much options, like eggs or bacon. Sheets might wake you up early morning.
It was pretty clean. Sheepherder drove his flock right outside our window. Parking was convenient and free.
Room was poorly insulated against sound. It was quite a distance from Mont Saint Michelle. The onsite restaurant on-site wasn't very good for breakfast.
Great location for visiting Mount St. Michelle. Good restaurant, friendly staff. Sheep herded to pastures right next to hotel.
Beds a bit narrow
We loved our stay. Beautiful place on a small farm, very tranquil and wonderful breakfast.
It is a little out of the way but if you are in the area it's fabulous.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good as well.
Couldn't see out the window (too high).
Nothing to complain about for us....staff was more than accommodating when we extended our stay even though they were very busy. Loved seeing the flock of sheep being brought home each night. The bar/shop/bakery in the next village...great coffee and lovely people.
The other guests who complained about the sheep being smelly.......the area is quite obviously a very large farming community !!
Large spacious room with nice bathroom. Good food in the restaurant.
The smell from the street.
The food in the restaurant was excellent. And included vegetables! Something sadly lacking in most large cities and resort centres.
