Very handy for Calais

Restaurant was too gourmet for us and price of meals was very high.

We stayed at this hotel as it was a convenient stop over for the Dover/Calais ferry - It is a well run, friendly, family run business with an excellent restaurant - I would recommend it to anyone looking for reasonably priced, overnight accommodation in this area of France.

Good location from Calais, near Montreul. Very good restaurant. Good service. Ideal for a one night stay

Unable to book in until 6pm

We went for a valentine break. The staff were helpful and friendly.We decided to eat at the hotel on valentine evening (we had the Valentine set menu) as we had heard the food was excellent.We were not disappointed it was beutifully presented and was an excellent meal.The rooms are basic but adequate and clean

Knowing a little french would help but you can get by without it because the staff made every effort to assist with any problems with translation.

We liked the youthful and very friendly staff.When I inquired about the chef, Stephenie replied, "he is very good,he's my brother".She was right, the meal was exellent.The wine and cognac wasn't bad either. Unfortunatly, the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday nights, so we had to move on.We would have liked to have stayed longer,but we visit France for the lovely food and wine and friendly people. We have been visiting your "lovely country since 1973, so you must be doing something right. See you next year.

Unfortunately not the fault of the hotel, but we had to cancel our second night, as the stairway created a problem for my wife who has a serious back problem. Very pleasant owner, and very understanding re our early departure.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the evening meal excellent. We had the family room which was large and easily accomodated us. Had a shower which was great as none of the other hotels at this level we stayed at did. This is definately somewhere we would stay again.

I am a light sleeper so was disturbed by some road noise, the rest of the family were fine.

Very small room at top of premises. Very basic hotel and in places tatty. Food and drinks were very expensive.

* Nous recherchions un hôtel très proche de Sorrus (c'était notre principal critère de sélection, Booking nous a donné l'info comme quoi nous étions à 2,4km et finalement il y avait + de 5 km) * Confort sommaire (certes le prix est très abordable mais bon ...), * Moquette vieillotte et décollée, * Très bruyant (des jours d'1cm sous les portes, sol qui craque, des voisins Qui repartent tôt le matin en faisant un boucan d'enfer ...)

Endroit sympathique, calme et accueillant, bien situé pour visiter la région. Proximité des plages (12 km du Touquet).

Restaurant fermé les lundi et mardi. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante.
