Genuine alpine hotel. Multilingual staff, super friendly. Very high class food. Good value in general. Fatastic view. Accurate bill, good value for money.

The breakfast could be a bit more diversified for a foodrich place like this. 9€ is a bit overpriced. Parking your car is free but about 100 meters away from the hotel. 6 minutes by car to skii area.

lovely food, lovely people. Rooms are simple and really clean. Will be going back again and again. Skiing was 3km away, quiet resort, easy access.

The owners are lovely people. They are very kind and willing to help. We felt at home all the time. The dinner was amazing: delicious and beautifully served. Location is fantastic.

There were some annoying flies in the room, and my wife and I spent some time killing them. But not only in the hotel did we find them. Even in the town centre we could see these insects here and there. It may be related to the existence of cows nearby, attracting them. But this was a VERY minor annoyance, which did not diminish the pleasure of our stay.

We were two people there - my brother and me and we had an excellent stay. The service was so freindly, the view fantastic and the village so quite and old style french alps. The rooms are not fancy but in nice condition and our room had a fantastic view over the valley. The food was really good and the familiy that owns the place are great. I can only recommend the hotel - especially good for people who wants to go out on their bike or hike in the mountains.

Het eten was uitstekend. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Personeel spreekt vloeiend Engels, Duits etc. Fantastisch uitzicht over de bergen.

Het bed is niet heel groot als je groter bent dan 1,80m dan lig je wat krap met je benen omhoog getrokken. Wel een goed matras!

de ontzettend vriendelijke ontvangst, het heerlijke eten, de belangstelling van de eigenaars, de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. de mooie ligging midden in de bergen.

Een heel klein minpuntje was de badkamer.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als je een luxe hotel wilt moet je ergens anders naar toe gaan. Wil je een gezellig, gastvrij en netjes Frans hotelletje dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres.

De Tom Tom bracht ons via een enorm smal en eng bergpad naar auberge de la foret. Er is ook een andere weg, deze is veel beter begaanbaar, maar wel wat verder rijden. Vanuit ons aan iedereen de tip: neem nooit het bergpad. Wij waren hier ivm de alpe d'huzes. Dit hotel ligt echter erg ver van de alpe d'huez af (een uur rijden).

de gastvrouw is een heel vriendelijke vrouw er is niks teveel als je ergens om moet vragen van de omgeving het eten is zeer goed

dat het nog al hoog in de bergen van de weg af is 18km

L'ambiance conviviale l'accueil le service d'excellente qualité. Très beau cadre, belle vue depuis l'hôtel. Très bon séjour.

Entorno magnifico, en un pequeño pueblo con mucho encanto. Hotel regentado por una familia fantàstica, muy servicial y simpatica. La estación de Auris, que forma parte de Alpe d'Huez queda a tan solo 3 km, y es muy recomendable si tienes la idea de esquiar en Alpe d'Huez ya que el enlace es muy rapido, las pistas fantasticas, y evitas la massificación de estar en Alpe d'Huez. Totalmente recomendable.

Si buscas no cojer el coche para ir a esquiar...este no es tu hotel. (3 km de pistas).

over kamer kan men discussieren, als je vanuit gaat dat je panoramisch zicht hebt, kan je enorm teleurgesteld zijn. (niet onze wens, enkel slapen en wassen)

Vriendelijke eigenaars, Engelstalig. Een heerlijk diner genuttigd, aanrader. Ook prima ontbijt. 20 minuten van de Alpe d' Huez. Hemelsbreed 3 km, maar vliegen is wat lastig. Desalniettemin een uitstekende verblijfplaats.

La décoration de l' établissement tout en bois . l'isolement de l'hôtel dans un vrai cadre montagnard . La gentillesse des propriétaires .

Les croissantes et le pain du jour précédent mais bon on peut dire que les propriétaires avaient une très bonne excuse ......nous étions les seuls dans l' hôtel .

Wij hadden voor vier nachten geboekt maar het was zo formidabel dat we er nog 3 nachten bijgeboekt hebben dat zegt denk ik alles over het hotel .
