The room was impeccable, the food was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly, even though we had language difficulty due to our minimal French. Moules were outstanding. It was not clear from the booking that the room (Room 1) we chose was handicapped accessible so shower was open and we did not need that. We would have preferred a regular room. |

This small auberge is located in a very quiet and peaceful small village. The exact address is not recognized in AVIS GPS, but it's "right behind the church" and there is only one church in Carolles...so, no worry. Room was very spacious and clean. Excellent atmosphere! The price for dinner menu ( 3 courses ) was almost impossible to believe for that quality! If you don't speak French at all, you will have a hard time to communicate with the family even for simple things. We had a late breakfast ( 10:30 ) and wanted to relax and be lazy a bit as we drove very long the night before, 390km from Paris, however the hotel was fully booked on that day, and we had rather remarkable gesture from the hotel that " you must get a move on and check out now." this was not so pleasant when we look back. |

Hartelijke ontvangst, ongedwongen sfeer, lekker en gevarieerd eten, goed logies, zeer rustige omgeving. Een paar suggesties: het franse ontbijt is zeer verzorgd maar ons wat te eentonig. Maar dat heeft alles met onze smaak te maken en niets met de kwaliteit van het ontbijt op zich. En het staat de uitbaters uiteraard vrij om het helemaal frans te houden! En in de kamer (wij hadden de kamer op het gelijkvloers) graag een kapstok voor de jassen en een tweede stoel. |

L'accueil, la gentillesse des propriétaires de l'auberge, la chambre et la salle de bains très spacieuse. Nous avons été enchantés de notre passage dans cette auberge et y retournerons certainement à l'occasion. A propos de la cuisine : c'était délicieux mais sur le site de l'auberge, il est indiqué qu'il y a le choix entre plusieurs menus le W.E. alors que nous n'avons eu qu'un menu ou la carte au choix. |

Venue pour passer une nuit et prendre ensuite le bateau le lendemain matin à Granville pour aller sur les îles Chausey, l'accueil chaleureux le soir où nous sommes arrivés et le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, le calme et la tranquillité de l'hôtel, sa situation géographique, ses chambres confortables et propres, tout ceci nous a donné l'envie d'y revenir pour y passer un week-end ... et si possible un week-end prolongé (ce qui nous permettra d'y tester le restaurant qui, à mon avis, mérite le détour !). En clair, on a vraiment aimé ! |

La verdure autour de l'hôtel, la terrasse au milieu d'un parc silencieux, le petit déjeuner, le confort du lit. la chambre N° 1 est près de l'accueil (bruyante), pas toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil il faut parfoit chercher le personnel dans l'hôtel. |

Für Gäste mit Vierbeinern ideal gelegen. Über einen Waldweg gelangt man ans Meer. Das Essen war super, das Frühstück reichlich bemessen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit getrentem Bad und großer Dusche eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Auberge nur weiterempfehlen. |
