Excellent view of the lake from our balcony. Disappointed with the menu therefore did not eat at the hotel, rather over priced restaurant.The room could do with refurbishment/modernising. |

Huge room, friendly staff. Fantastic location directly by the lake. Very good wine list in the restaurant. Breakfast was poor given the cost (17 Euro). Specifically, the fruit juice was not fresh, there was no healthy cereal, and when I asked for an espresso they gave me instant coffee. |

our room and the view Despite the view and the room and good food, the place had no atmosphere and it was difficult to find anyone around. In short, no atmosphere and not terribly friendly. |

Grande chambre et sdb, réception très soignée, site superbe. Pourquoi pas de sèche-cheveux dans cette grande et confortable sdb ? Prix du pt-dèj. trop élevé ainsi que des boissons du mini-bar : 4,95€ pour un coca sans glace ni tranche de citron, ce n'est pas justifiable. |

Service gerichtheid was groot. Strijkwerk werd kosteloos en prompt gedaan na verzoek om strijkplank & -ijzer. Prettige sfeer en rustige omgeving. |

La disponibilité du personnel et le bord du Lac. La chambre se trouvait au dessus de la cuisine et lors du rangement le soir il y avait un bruit infernal entre 21h30 et 22h30. |

Une situation exellente en bordure du lac d'Annecy dans un cadre extrèmement agréable. Des chambres de standing avec un confort maximum, tout est parfait et c'est avec plaisir que j'y séjournerai à nouveau. Je le recommandera vivement à mon entourrage. |

Juste correct Les chambres côté forêt donnent sur la route du bord du lac, impossible de dormir nous avons changé pour une côté lac, ridiculement petite, sans lampe dans les lampes de chevets et de gel douche dans le distributeur, tout ceci avec suppléménts et sans excuses. Hôtel à éviter la prochaine fois. |

Bel établissement Dommage que le restaurant était fermé pour congé et qu'un personnel de remplacement était à la réception. Belle chambre spacieuse, mais faible isolation phonique (bruits de la route) et thermique. |
