If you stay at the Auberge than try the demi-pension. The cook makes delicious meals that are more than worth the extra price.

Very serviceminded owners, especially Philip, who served us an extra nice breakfast!

The breakfast was good but could have been better with more variation (not only one slice of bread, one croissant and one pain au raisin).

The new multi-lingual, very friendly owners. The sound of the river to soothe us to sleep. The location in a less crowded part of the Pyrenees. 5 rooms have a real bath, great after a day's walking and loads of hot water. No TV in the room which created a lovely calm ambience, but a big screen in the bar downstairs. Excellent, interesting menus and very generous breakfasts, demi-pension was very good value. Lovely terrace to eat out in sunny weather. A real sense of history and old-fashioned comfort and hospitality.

    Nothing!

A beautiful remote spot with a stunning terrace beside the junction of two mountain rivers. An excellent menu and delightful helpful staff from Netherlands and Belgium who deserve every success in their first season.

The location is beautiful and the hotel is incredibly relaxing and peaceful, especially the terrace over the river. The staff go out of their way to make the most of your stay in any way they can. The food is delicious and great value. There are so many things to see and do close by with some of the most amazing scenery you will find anywhere. If you have the chance to stay here don't miss it!

    You won't want to leave!

We found this place in booking.com on the Thursday night and booked 2 nights to escape for the weekend. It was perfect for what we wanted. Very good value for money. Good food and service. Main attraction is the terrace overlooking the stream for eating dinner outside, but this depends on the weather of course. Idyllic location and perfect for exploring the region. The room was in need of a makeover, but clean and quite comfortable. Very helpful and friendly owner and her staff.

Only minor things: shower cubicle a tight squeeze, noisy plumbing and variable wáter temperature. Bed very hard!

The owner and staff were, welcoming and keen to help. The food was excellent and regional. The breakfasts were fine, but basic. The location overlooking the river couldn't be bettered. Good value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay and were astonished at the quality of the meals: demi-pension is the way to go! It is a small, intimate inn with great staff, located in a tiny villege. Excellent location if you're into skiing, hiking, or fishing.
