Very kindly staff. We did not get the room we had booked for, and they changed us into another one, modifying the price. But we would have prefered to get the room we had chosen. |

The personnel was very friendly and oblinging, the hotel is in the center of St. Maxime near a parking and the garden is very beautifull and the breacfast cheap for what the offer. The first impression was not so good, as the room was quiet old and little noissy. Renovation of the room and some more (new) furniture is what it is necessary. |

Location was perfect, right in downtown, very close to all the restaurants and to the beach. The fridge was empty, we had to find a trick to make the shower work, the bathroom was very large. |

Close to the beach, the city center, the restaurants and the shopping streets. Parking is not easy, but you can park 5 minutes away for free (but filled during peak hours). The beach nearby is the town beach which is not as good as the ones out of town. |

Très bon accueil la propriétaire de l'hôtel est d'une extrême gentillesse. La chambre était propre bien que déjà assez ancienne dans sa conception. J'y retournerai évenuellement. L'hôtel étant en cours de rénovation nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre compte des travaux effectués car nous étions logés dans la partie ancienne à revoir dans quelques temps, je regrette que les gens soient seuls au monde en écoutant la télé à fond en en faisant du bruit en rentrant tard dans la nuit ou plutot très tôt le matin. |

La proximite du centre ville et bord de mer Le bruit extérieur et intérieur, les salles de bain d' un autre temps à refaire svp urgent,je dirais refaire tout l' hotel ne serait pas un luxe mais une necessité, l' accueil chouette c' est tout. |

Pour un séjour en octobre, la chambre située côté cour est calme (pas de bruit de rue ), un petit balcon sympa, le personnel très accueillant, hôtel central , le prix attractif Jusque 2 heures 1/2 du matin, des clients sont rentrés à l'hôtel avec son lot de dérangement pas très favorable au sommeil ( bruits émis par des discussions sur le palier , de portes, etc ...). J'aurai bien aimé connaître l'origine de ces entrées tardives ?? Etait-ce exceptionnel la nuit de notre présence ou coutumier ??. Chambre un peu étroite. Des écrans plats tv seraient un plus. |
