Lovely comfortable bed and a very nice receptionist.

Broken bits in the room, lights and a cooking cupboard that was broken and not to be used.

Excellent access from motorway. Good breakfast. Free parking outside room. Very good value.

Only one pillow and no extras available even on request.

Relatively cheap American-style "motel"; no luxury, but affordable, easy to find off highway, lots of parking, good breakfast. Room was simple and clean.

Noisy industrial area (off the highway- no amenities nearby) and a big group of foreign students who didn't know how to close doors without slamming them! Terrible internet connection. I wouldn't call it an "auberge"- it's a motel.

The hotel was easy to find just off the motorway.We had a problem with a sticking plug in the sink but the manager came in fixed it within 10mins.The dinner was very good for the price and breakfast was very good with a great choice of items

The toilet was very tiny especially for a man. My husband is not very big but he had difficulty turning roud

Friendly owners / staff , good communication in French and English. Excellent value for money, good breakfast , and fast and easy access to Laon and the motorway. Very comfortable room and excellent beds. Recommended !!

Only one pillow each and that was a joke. Miniscule toilet cubicle - if you are over 6feet 2 you won't be able to close the door

Clean spacious and very friendly welcome and informative reception on arrival and the lady recommended a really good Chinese restaraunt for us to eat in.

Nothing really but the Hotel restaraunt was closed so breakfast wasn't an option.

Great location as we were driving from the channel ports to the alps and needed an en route, affordable overnight stop. Very basic, but absolutely fine. Good firm beds. Clean.

Better directions - it took us 40 minutes to find to find on our outward journey - easy once you know where it is. Needs a clear, large sign form the end of the road. Kettle in the room would be good.

The room was clean tidy if basic, white walls, white bed linen etc. Our family suite consisted of a two interconnected rooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, shower room and toilet. Food was good, well cooked and well priced

While the food was good, the menu was extremely limited. There's a fixed price, three course menu with a buffet starter and a choice of two main courses and two desserts. We had the choice of salmon or steak and creme brulee or baked Alaska. Fine for us, but not for everyone. I should add that while their is no children's menu, the owner did our youngest chicken nuggets and chips when we asked.

Friendly staff. Good clean comfortable room and good breakfast. Often stay here on y way to South of France - a good overnight stop

Second stay and again great for location and convenience, excellent value for money and spacious room(s) - double bed in main room, 3 singles in joining room which our kids loved. We would use again due to price, convenience, room was clean and water was lovely and hot

Slight smell to room, dog poo - however on return and using this hotel I realise now that it's not the hotel but France in general as everywhere we travelled it was common for dogs to leave their mark..!!

Clean and functional and a good price. For an over night stop over on the way back from the alps it was perfect. Family room - large double bed and 3 singles all very comfortable. Continental breakfast available next morning.

Room smelt like someone had recently been chain smoking (maybe the cleaner as rooms were non smoking), small rat of a dog running around the car park crapping everywhere with nobody clearing it up which is not good when you have young children who don't pay attention to where they are walking.....

Not a problem for us, but restaurant not open, but this is France nothing ever is..lol
