Hotel Le Patti is a house located in heart of charming, perfume-producing town of Grasse. It offers bright, colourful, air-conditioned rooms decorated in typical Provençal style.
Score from 268 reviews Good
Situated a 10-minute drive from Grasse, famous for its perfumes, this B&B features an outdoor swimming pool, a big garden and pétanque facilities. Cannes is a 20-minute drive away.
Score from 263 reviews Wonderful
Located a 10-minute walk from central Grasse, this former Carmelite hostel offers quiet accommodations. The restaurant’s terrace and some of the rooms offer stunning views of Cannes’s bay.

Good location Good eating terrace Greek food Interesting bathroom
No elevator A bit sparse for decor in the room
The surroundings were quiet (we had the windows away from the main street), the food in the restaurant was good.
The beds were out of shape (too soft)
Nadia, the owner, was very helpful. We've arrived on Sunday between 5-6 h pm and in 15-20 minutes we had on the table a mix of turkish dishes ;). Friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend it for everybody... Next day we had a dinner in the restaurant, the menu contains from specialities of Greece and Turkey/Armenia...
The stuff is nice and helpful and the Greek restaurant is good.
The hotel is not very close to the center.
- Large room and bathroom. - very clean - free parking - wifi was ok
- Paper thin walls. People in neighbouring room come back around 1AM and start moving furniture around (sudden urge to redesign ? or maybe trying to bring two single beds together?) - Doors rattling in their frames waking me up early in the morning. Granted, the hotel is not to blame for my bad neighbours, but there's no phonic isolation between the rooms. Plus the rattling doors - this should be easy to fix with a bit of foam tape. - bad breakfast - air conditioner is a bit weak for the large room. There is no AC in the bathroom, so you have to leave the bathroom door open in order to cool it down. Altogether, not a pleasant experience.
Family hotel and restaurant.large room, great bathroom. On bus routes. 35min drive to Canne or bus at front door. Beautifully cared for by Mme & Monsieur Andonian & family. Walk to historic perfumerie.Boulangerie next door to die for. Close to supermarket. Old town of Grasse delightful.
NOTHING! Would go back and stay longer!
Arrived late in evening and very friendly staff welcomed us and we were able to have an excellent meal too. The locals obviously enjoy the restaurant as it was buzzing. Breakfast excellent also.
Very charming little family-run hotel. Very European style. Everything was clean, and the people running it were very nice and helpful. The bathroom was quite large. You definitely need a car to get here, but if you have one, it's a good place to stay--parking is free, and it's not too hard to find.
Not a problem with the hotel as much as something to note about location-- as in many small European towns, everything is closed on Sunday night, including the hotel's restaurant. We had to drive to Cannes in order to get dinner.
