Location was splendid! Couldn't have dreamed for a better located place.

The atmosphere of this hotel was wonderful! The guests can go out directly to the top walkway of the protective wall. This was so nice. There are many restaurant with great tideland view. The guests have to keep the window shut until 6PM, if the roomwill be the 2nd floor. Because of the tourist who walk through the walkway of wall can see inside of the room so easily. |

The location of the hotel, although the rooms facing the little street are subject to a lot of noise in the evening and in the mornings. Some of the staff were nice and friendly, others quite nonchalant. The in-house restaurant was not very good. |

The reception staff were lovely. The location is fabulous - loved the private route onto the castle wall. The food was good. The restaurant staff were pleasant. I bought two gin and tonics in the bar in the evening and they cost over €18! |

Location, and the coziness of the room. The fact that I received an e-mail two days before leaving for my vacation asking me to again confirm my reservation or they were going to cancel it. If I would have already left for my vacation, I would have arrived at the hotel with no reservation. |
