Schitterende locatie, heel vriendelijk personeel. Iets minder tevreden over het restaurant van het hotel. Maar dat was een beetje een algemeen gevoel in alle restaurantjes op Le Mont Saint Michel: je merkt duidelijk dat het om massatoerisme gaat, overal bijna dezelfde menu's, onvriendelijke/onpersoonlijke bediening, je bent er een nummer. Spijtig ook dat bijvoorbeeld het eten van kleine kinderen later wordt opgediend dan dat van de ouders. |

wij verbleven buiten het hotel zelf in een hoger gelegen, klein vakwerkhuisje, heel romantisch, heel privé en buiten de drukte van de vele dagtoeristen ("Les logies du chapeau blanc" geheten). Heerlijk ontbijt "beneden" in het hotel zelf. |

Very good location-quiet corner room. Tucked away from the noise and tourist aspect of Mont Ste. Michel. Restaurant was also excellent. |

It is at the foot of Mont Saint Michel. The decor, furniture and even towels, bed sheet and blankets in the hotel rooms were worn out. The hotel might be popular and making money just because of their proximity to the famous abbey on Mont Saint Michel. The hotel operator/s may think that their customers are just tourists, who are unlikely to revisit Mont Saint Michel and therefore, have no incentive to invest on refurbishing the hotel and replacing the old towels. There was no lift and there were a lot of staris to climb in the hotel. This was the most uncomfortable and not value for money hotel during my 2-week holiday in France. |

The location is intriguing Finding the hotel and transporting luggage to one's room is extremely inconvenient. It would help if, when someone booked a room, you sent instructions on how to find it and then offered help with their luggage. |

We stayed a quiet room in Les Logis du Chapeau Blanc, with an excellent sea view from a private terrace. The front staff was friendly and could speak English. It was not a problem for us, but many steps to the room may be hard with large luggages. |

hotel was very well located, right on the ramparts. convenient site. our room was dark and smelly, they said that was the only choice for booking.com reservation hence could not be changed... |

The hotel was perfectly located on the island of Mont St Michel. Although a little expensive from where I would normally stay for a hotel of this caliber. It was very clean & the location was perfect for enjoying all the sights of Mont st Michel day & night. The beds were a bit hard. We had a family room that was perfect for a young family but due the stairs not recommeded for those with a disability. Very clean. |

The Abby itself. The wood ceiling, the antique windows and doors. The chimes of the bell tower. No light in the wc, Shower flooded br with each shower. Room had a terrible odor. Hotel staff too busy and not very friendly. We are not fussy people and loved every other hotel (7) during our stay in France. We felt that it was a major tourist area and they did not feel that they had to give a lot to compete. A disappointment as this was the location I was most looking forward to. |

We stayed at the Auberge Saint Pierre because it is on Mont St. Michel. The accommodation was quite sufficient and the staff very professional. |

The location was perfect. Depending on where you were in the lot it was a long walk to hotel. Suggest preparing a smaller bag for the walk. |
