Not 24 hr reception, and no ability to get any food or drink after 10:30

Fabulous location after we had passed the Cement Works. When our bedroom window was open we could hear only the river, ducks and birds. Bliss!! Beautiful trees and grounds gave a totally tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The young man on Reception was charming and welcoming. In our bedroom we had a Dressing Room, which offered excellent space in which to hang our clothes and store our luggage.

The dinner menu was very overpriced, and at least two items were not available from a fairly limited selection. The food was enjoyable, but certainly not the best we have experienced in France. The wine list was extensive and expensive. None of the staff spoke English, which did prove difficult when - with our limited French - we could not understand everything on the menu. The continental breakfast was good but again, at 15 euros per person, we felt was rather costly. In our bathroom the shower was situated so that it had to be hand held, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded. It was impossible to reach the bath taps without standing in the bath.

The bedroom was very 'clinical', no pictures, the bathroom steamed up easily, the extracter fan was not working. The corridor was gloomy. The whole place seemed 'unhappy'

Das Hotel war ok, doch mit 135 EUR die Nacht für den Standard zu teuer. Es liegt zwar in einem großen Park, doch keine 2 km davon steht eine große Fabrik, die die ganze Landschaft ein wenig verschandt. Das Hotel gehört zwar der älteren Kategorie an, aber die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und warm eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum bzw das Restaurant befinden sich in einem Gebäude gegenüber und wurde auch wirklich sehr schön gestaltet. Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstop ist es mehr als ok, aber ich denke, ich wüde keinen längeren Urlaub dort planen wollen, da die Gegend drum herum ein wenig trostlos ist. Dann eher in einem Ort an der Küste wie Wissant o. Wimereux. Aber das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und zeigt sehr viel Liebe zum Detail

héél rustige sfeer, ontspannen, verzorgde kamers en ontbijt, mooi verneiuwd en stijlvol interieur, topkeuken !!!

Le cadre champêtre

Chambre manque de charme... pas assez lié au cadre.Service restauration très nettement insuffisant par la qualité du service et menus pas en rapport avec le classement.

côté bucolique : chambre au dessus d'une rivière avec au réveil le bruit des canards.Petits déjeuners copieux et quiétude du lieu.

La mise en bouche et les bouchées apéritives identiques sur les trois jours de présence.On ne propose pas le choix de l'emplacement de la table au client.
