the restaurant I didn't like that they made us pay more for the room then expected (125/night and not 110/night). I also didn't like the extra paying for the sauna. They really don't treat you like if they wanted you to come back again.

Generally I thought the Hotel was very good and I got exactly what I expected. Although the food was very good I do feel they are missing the opportunity to have guest eat in the hotel every evening due to the fact that the menu is both extravagant and expensive. I think they would do much better if they also run a "good value" simple menu as an alternative choice.

Location outside of Chamonix - less busy. No air conditioning - very hot in summer. Street noise made it very difficult to sleep. Very pricey breakfast menu with no kid discount.

This was a good basic little hotel. We were only there for one night but everything was clean and tidy and the continental breakfast was good, but not included in the price. The beer could have been a bit colder.

C'est un hôtel agréable, bien situé, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, l'accueil chaleureux et le dîner au restaurant très bon. Le prix de la chambre est plutôt correct mais il y a des suppléments à payer pour tout : connexion WiFi, sauna, petit déjeuner (celui proposé à 10€50 par personne est très basique et pour l'enrichir on paye encore un supplément...) etc. Il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, il faut le demander à la réception, des serviettes étaient proposées pour deux personnes alors que nous étions trois, les conditions de réservation sont très contraignantes, bref, ça finit par être agaçant.

Petit hotel en face de l'égise , sur la voie principale du village trés bruyant e ,avec prix trés élevés et un restaurant agréable Accueuil déplorable manque de parking 6 places pour 18 chambres hotel trés bruyant au bord d e laroute qui traverse les Houches prix exorbitans: 3,40 le café ! = cher que sur l'avenue des Champs Elysées ! petit déjeuner à 10,50 (pain croissant jus de fruit café infecte ! charcuterie , oeuf au plat fromage, en supplément de 1,2 à(5€ chacun) petite piscine ext 8m sur 4 avec 3 transats ! rapport qualité prix trés mauvais !

jolie décoration des chambres et de l'hotel jusqu'à la salle de restaurant avec le soin du détail. la carte du restaurant est variée et très agréable. la vue de la chambre sur les montagnes était très belle.

Хорошее месторасположение , приветливый персонал. Хороший (бесплатный) доступ в интернет. Цены на завтрак и проживание , на наш взгляд , чуть завышенны. В ванной нет шторки .

Le coin bar à l'entrée de l'hôtel où une charmante vieille dame parle avec vous comme si vous la connaissiez . Elle a ouvert cet établissement dans les années 50 et la fait évoluer depuis, de pension familiale à un hôtel 3 étoiles ! L'intérieur des chambres est très cosy et les écrans plats, mini bars portes vitrées amènent une touche moderne à l'ensemble .Les balcons sont très appréciables également . La femme de chambre qui siffle et soupir derrière votre porte de chambre en attendant que vous sortiez ...et qui ne vous disant même pas "bonjour" fonce sur votre porte dés que vous ouvrez ! Et le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas servis en chambre pour un 3 étoiles : quel dommage ! Je souligne toutefois l'effort de la direction qui suite au réveillon nous a "exceptionnellement" accordé ce service (monté par mon mari tout de même..) Et enfin, l'insonorisation laisse à désirer .On entend le voisin de chambre s'il tire la chasse et dans le couloir, c'est comme si on y était ! Mais j 'ai envie de dire comme dans bon nombre d'établissement ancien ..
