Excellent location, nice and friendly staff. Rooms very spotless. The new manager is very nice, the room had a bottle of water which I thought was a nice touch. Lots of leaflets around in the reception area and room as well, so it helps to see what is happening around that area. Wifi was excellent, very fast!!! Very cheap and good location. I would stay there again!! Rosa

Excellent position in centre of Biarritz, near beaches restaurants etc, has secure parking at extra cost which is vital as we were touring. Very small bedrooms need up-grading and soundproofing.

Hotel was walking distance to the beach & shops Had secure parking for the car was comfortable & the staff pleasant & helpful all in all an enjoyable few days Only down side was that the decor was tired but it was being redone room by room which will take a little time, but when finished will be good. & it was disappointing that the restaurant was closed due to the chef breaking his leg.

The Auberge du Relais encapsulates everything that's good about staying in small hotels - it's great value; the facilities, while basic, are everything a visitor could wish for (the shared bathroom was always spotlessly clean and there's even free internet access, for example); and it offers that personal touch that's missing in larger hotels. I really felt like I was staying at a friend's place for a week and would highly recommend it!

Friendly and very helpful staff. The room and ensuite were clean and the price of our room was very fair and reflected the tired decor. Secure parking was also available across the road at extra cost. We stayed two nights and our room was quiet and looked out on to a small courtyard. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and the food was excellent, as was the service provided. We were only a five minute stroll from the sea front. We understand from talking to the new owner that he will be improving the Hotel during the next off season. We recommend and it was good value for money.

Très bon accueil . Bonne situation géographique . Petit déjeuner à volonté pour 8 euros (croissant baguette brioche céréale fruits confiture nutella jus café choco ....). Charme de l'hôtel Aucune insonorisation !! Odeur des toilettes.

Rien c est une honte La photo qui est sur le site est trompeuse car on voit un lit avec des cousins sympa ce qui donne une impression d hôtel moderne Et ce n est pas le cas car c est sale les peintures s écaillent ça ne sent pas bon Les petits déjeuner sont inadmissibles 8 e pour un croissant en poche une brioche Pasquier même pas de fromage rien du tout et il n y aavait pas de lait chaud on a pleurniche pour avoir un mini mini pot de lait pour 2 Bref il faut vraiment l éviter par contre nous avons trouve une chambre d hôte a Sare 20 kms de saint Jean de luz Artxola génial et pour 90 e pour 2 avec petit déjeuner SUPER !

Hotel bien situé dans BIarritz personnel accueillant. Bonne Propreté des lieux. Petit dej bien copieux. Trop bruyant, pas insonnorisé du tout!! Sdb propre mais vieillissante,comme tout l'hotel. Pour autant bon rapport qualité/prix!!On dort pas bien mais c'est pas cher....on peut pas tout avoir..A Recommander pour des brefs passages peut etre pas pour des séjours supérieurs à 3-4 jours.

L'amabilité du personnel.Petit déjeuner varié,trés copieux.La proximité de la ville .Notre chambre était pour quatre ,spacieuse ,confortable ainsi que la salle de bain. Il faudrait que se soit un peu plus insonorisé.Car on entend tout ce que les voisins disent ou font.Un peu trop bruyant.

Me ha gustado su hubicación que esta muy cerca del centro de biarritz, la habitación estaba bien el baño limio, las ventanas dobles en general bien. El recepcionista que no sabía hablar bien el español, pero se esforzo lo que pudo. Lo que no megusto es que cuando hice la reserva me cargaron el importe de la habitacion en la tarjeta y cuando llegué al hotel me lleve la sorpresa creia que estaba pagado.Pero no, me dijeron que una preatorizacion tuve que volver a pagar otra vez, aunque pasaron unos dias me devolvieron integro el dinero que que pagué con tarjeta.
