Particularly helpful staff, especially at Reception and in the Restaurant. Clean, comfortable and warm room. More than adequate parking and easy access from the main road. This was my fifth stay at Au Chene Vert and in my opinion it gets better each time. The restaurant is not "haute cuisine" but serves well cooked, enjoyable and reasonably priced meals. Bath was very slippery and no shower/bath mat was provided. I slipped getting out of the shower and injured myself. |

Literie et chambre en général très correcte. Après plusieurs séjours, on constate que chaque fois le personnel de restauration ne s'entend pas! Ce n'est pas agréable pour le client. Sachez messieurs que votre manque d'organisation ne nous regarde pas. |

El estilo del hotel y el paisaje bonito que había a su entorno. No nos dejaron tomar una copa dentro de las instalaciones pasadas las 22h porque "cerraban la barra del bar", y la puerta principal la cerraron a nuestras espaldas sin darnos contraseña. |

Dopo la prima notte nel boungalow (tra I cespugli)dopo le nostre dimostranze ci hanno dato, per la seconda notte ,una camera nel corpo centrale. (Così detto hotel) Sul vostro sito non è specificato che qualora si sceglie motel le "camere" sono dei boungalow in mezzo ai cespugli, tra l'altro con lo stesso prezzo delle camere del corpo centrale ,denominato da loro HOTEL.Alle mie dimostranze hanno denigrato il vostro sito adducendo a voi la colpa della mancata distinzione.Tra l'altro per loro non c'era dubbio che motel significava boungalow mentre ,invece ,ho cercato di spiegare che motel vuol significare motor hotel . Vi consiglio,pertanto, di specificare bene non solo per questo albergo ma anche per qualche altro albergo in Francia perchè forse "loro "hanno una idea diversa dalla nostra sul significato di motel. |

nous avons été bien accueillis , nous voyageons avec notre chien (un berger allemand) parfois même lorsque les chiens sont admis , nous sentons une réticence , pas au chêne vert au contraire.Le repas était de très bonne qualité pour un prix raisonnable.chambre propre , confortable. peut-être l'emplacement à côté du macDo mais en fait ce n'est pas vraiment gênant |

Dans la nuit du 8 au 9 mai vers 1 h puis à 5 h(au changement de service ) nous avon ete reveille par un membre du personnel se promenant dans les coulloirs avec des talons haut ,avec un transport de matelas ,aucun respect pour les client.Nuit execrable,merite le remboursement!!!!!!!! |
