The staff were friendly but were defensive when asked about the level of noise This hotel is dated and has paper thin walls. When the neighbours came in at 1am and decided to run a bath it sounded as though they were using my bathroom. Even whispered conversations could be heard through the walls. |

The location of the hotel is just wonderful. The staff members are very kind and helpful. Nice to have a secured parking place in the courtyard of the hotel. The WiFi accecc is good and easy (but not free). As noted by others, the walls between the rooms are rather thin. |

Staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms are not too expensive for Beaune. Old rooms. Room smelled bad. OK for one night, but not for a longer stay. |

Central location ideal for shopping resturants etc, good parking facility, rooms clean and functional good value for €70 for myself and three older children for a nights stay, but lacks facilities and comfort if it was for a short break. |

comfy beds, great location, central to good restaurants, and very friendly, helpful staff - who put up with our terrible french/english hybrid language attempts. Wasn't very clear where it was, we were looking for the hotel Arcantis, and it was clearly labelled as the hotel Grand St Jean, and hence we passed it several times, wasting a degree of time in the process of trying to find it. |
