Das die zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber waren kann ich nur weiter Empfelen

Location was perferct. Only 100m from metro station Chateu d'deo (or whatever) which had direct line to most 'must see' places like Notre Dame/Latin Quarter, and this metroline (number 4, pink colour in metro map) took us directly to it's end station Porte de Clignancourt, where is the huge flee market & bazaar area. Gorgeus day there! There is opposite of the hotel big supermarket with food , beers and wines & liquers and many other little shops and brasserie restaurants. I've been in Paris abt. 15 times, this was best affordable hotel & location there ever!

There was no fridge :(

Nobody tell us about free Wi-Fi.

Bathroom and shower far too small

Staff are good and always willing to help. Near transportation hub like Gare De Nord & Est, easy to explore Paris streets from this hotel, near supermarket and reasonable price eateries.I Am very satisfied with the hotel and Olivia have fullfilled my expectation and make my stay in Paris wonderful.

1. Near Metro and within reach of Paris major attraction by bus or Metro. 2. Safe 3. Near supermarket and eateries (like turkish shop and bakeries). 4. Staff speak good english and willing to assist

I was very disappointed with the hotel. Pictures on the website are very misleading. Possibly taken many years ago? Hotel room was very small which we expected but it was relatively clean. The hotel advertised that Free Wi-Fi was available but we had to purchase it. The hotel was not located in a very secure part of Paris and we were quite nervous walking outside. In fact, we were so unsure of being out at nighttime that we only went out when we knew that we could take a taxi back that would drop us off at the front door of the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again.

the hotel had warm water 24 hours, is very close at the chateau d' eau metro station, friendly and helpful staff. No soundproofing between the rooms at all.

Ben collegato alla metro e disponibilità del personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

chambre très petite, lit très petit, douche malgré une réservation exigeant une baignoire, téléviseur ne fonctionnant pas malgré plusieurs demandes, prix élevé pour une chambre de cette taille. Pas de geste commercial possible malgré réclamations.

Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre, les miroirs bien pratiques, le lit confortable et le fait qu'il y ai un suspend pr la paume de douche (contrairement à d'autres hôtels..).

Le quartier ds lequel se situe l'hôtel qui n'est pas Opera mais un quartier assez.. désagréable à traverser.. Et bruit de tuyauterie.
