We found the proprietor very friendly and helpful. The situation was very convenient for all amenities. The room was very cramped. Could not hang clothes in cupboard because of very strong damp smell. Bathroom was only separated by a folding door which did not give much privacy. Decoration very sad and dated. |

We enjoyed our overnight stop at Aunis-Saintonge, great value and right in the centre of Royan. An extra bonus was the car parking directly outside the front door. We will stay there again. |

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy and we had a small balcony.....The hotle is situated near the harbour and shops. You are about 30 seconds from all the activities yet the hotel is set in a quiet side road. Excellent hotel for access |

Wunderbare Lage, mitten in der Stadt und nur 3 Min. zum Meer, sehr nette Hoteliers. Internetverbindung auf fast allen Zimmern (kostenlos), teilweise neue Fernsehgeräte mit vielen Kanälen. Es ist - wie viele kleine Hotels in Frankreich - recht hellhörig. Einige Zimmer haben kein WC oder keine Dusche. Nichts für Ruhesuchende! |

Bon emplacement. Les wc sur le palier inadmissible! L'état de la chambre n° 11, la tapisserie défraichie, les bruits de canalisations à chaque fois qu'un autre client se douche ou va au toilettes, Mais il semble que les autres chambres ont été rénovées... Hôtel très bruyant. |
