I booked parking and it was confirmed, but when we arrived we were told no parking had been reserved. The 3-bed apartment was actually a 2-bed bedroom with a single bed jammed in so tightly you couldn't move around the furniture - ridiculous! The single bed was hard against the double-bed - ridiculous! The bathroom was very untidy with lots of brooms, cleaners all over, not good. Right outside the apartment plaster had fallen off the walls, and was lying on the stairwell. we were very disappointed overall.

Close to Paris EXPO

No toilets in the room. Not intuitive to use safe boxes in the rooms. Room wasn't cleaned by the moment of check-in, and nobody told me about that, just gave the keys. Then, after scandal, they agreed to give me another room. Pre-authorized total amount of payment, and when checking out debited my card once more for the same amount rather than using pre-authorized sum. In fact, I had to pay twice and now waiting for the pre-authorized sum to come back to my card. Stupid.

The hotel was clean. The only advantage of hotel that is close to underground (Metro).

In comparison of our standard in Sweden, the hotel was not a three stars hotel. The staff could not talk in English, they did not tell the truth, they see the guests just like money packs. They offer you many things not to help you, just to make money.

bad location,dirty hotel,restless stay ....you name it. i tried to change from first night, but they refused to return a sigle penny of 7 night stay,therefore i was obliged to stay.bottom line..this is not a hotel.

The hotel was fairly cheap for a triple room and one of the cheapest we could find in the whole of Paris for the three of us

The location is quite far from the major tourist attractions but still commutable. My only other minor complaint was that the hotel tried to charge all 3 of us separately per day for Internet but in the end agreed to combine us all together. So only a minor complaint

Location: not far for the excebition centre and 2 metro stations

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at: very untidy and not comfortable place. Condition didn't work, fan in the bathroom didn't work, awful shower place with hardly flowing water. I wouldnt like to stay in this hotel again and wouldn'r recommend it to anybody.

I liked the location of the hotel,quiteness,easy to go any where and to collect any requirements from the shopes and resturants around.

There are no enough electric connections to charge the mobile or the lab top or battary of the camera. No fasilities to hang any clothes,only small locker in the trible bed room not enough for sigle room. These two points above are very important to give minimum requirment for any geust.

Really nice and helpful English-speaking staff (all but one). Good breakfasts.

A bit shabby; needs redecoration pretty soon.Too expensive for the present standard and location.

It was cheap and in a pretty good location. Not far at all from the Metro and great cafe's and bakeries. Some of the staff didn't speak great English but that's fine because it's France. My questions were answered eventually with a little sign language. Pleasant stay overall.

No air conditioning, the fridge smelled weird but at least we didn't use it. Everything was clean and well made but we got the room on the top floor which means the bathroom was shaped weird. The shower was very small and left little room to move which was funny at first then got annoying.

A public multi-storey car park was close to the hotel. The room was tidy and had no major drawbacks. The area in which the hotel is located is some distance away from most of the major tourist attractions, so it is quiet at night.

The hotel hasn't got many own parking spaces and finding a parking spot outside the public multi-storey proved difficult. The shower could offer more space and the air conditioning system would be better if it came with a remote control.

The beds were comfortable but that is all.

Room needed decorating, toilet chain was terrible, no tea/coffee making facilities although there was a mini bar. The whole hotel needed redecorating. Would not go back or recommend to anyone else.

Le prix affiché dans la chambre (190 €) ne correspond pas à la prestation. C'était une petite chambre à trois lits impossible de faire le tour des lits

Le lit pour 3 était divisé en 2 (2 lits collés =2 draps) L'horaire du petit déj non affiché. On a du avaler le petit déj : la dame de service rangeait tout...

cet hôtel est une catastrophe : chambre sale, environnement bruyant, personnel déplaisant, éloigné du métro ; il mérite au maximum une étoile en comparaison des autres établissements parisiens.

ne mérites pas 3 étoiles le plus juste serait o étoile à côté les formules 1 sont des relais châteaux qu'elle honte pour la clientèle étrangère un trois étoile avec des moquette dont la couleur est indéterminable les peintures et tapisseries ont vécues le confort est spartiate à éviter absolument seul le prix correspond à un 3 étoiles
