Location was superb - ideally placed for the Expo centre, good restaurants, bars and cafes. Clean towels Decent Shower English speaking friendly helpful staff
Needs a thorough refurbishment.
OK hotel, nothing special about it. Decent location for me since purpose of travel, was visiting the autoshow at Porte de Versailles. Would not have stayed at this hotel else. There are many better hotels in this area better than this hotel. Payed 105 Euro a night, which in Paris is fairly cheap. Stayed at a room on 5th floor so not so much noise from street. Grocery stoore nearby, Monoprix, and also Close to buses and Trains at Rue de Vaugirard.
There are not much in the room that invites you to spend time there. Beds and a ordinary Chair. Missed a chair With som sort of Comfort to relax in while resting beetween the program. Bath had a bathtub but the length of it did not invite anyone to use it. A big shower you could say :).
Location. Close to metro.
Although I did make a request for car parking through booking.com, when I arrived, I was informed that no parking was available because I had to send personal message to the hotel directly instead!
Staff are friendly but who cares? I need a comfortable place to stay..
All..it's so dirty and it needs a complete renovation. There was a fire alarm and the girl didnt even know how to turn it off on an early morning and it took like 30 min of false alarm.. A Catastrophe to stay there bed sheets are dusty and has stains ewwww..... Needs a complete renovation! An abandoned hotel... I got so many insect bites in there so my children too since we stayed there for 4 days... I dont know who rated it with 3 star?. I would rate it -3 star... Sorry
Nothing. Friendly staffs.
It was a nightmare to stay there..
All! It is a Catastrophe to stay there....The rooms are disgusting y....ck!
The Hotel is abandoned, although they clean up the room when we leave the hotel but it needs a complete renovation. The Toilet was disgusting ewwwww...
The room is clean and tidy. There is a tiny elevator that can be used. Although it is a little bit far from the city center, the price and the tidiness can satisfy you.
Close to the metro station.
Bed too small. fell through the joining of the beds during the night
parking problem..although in Paris everywhere has a parking problem
The wonderful staff made this great trip even more enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better experience from the hotel's staff. The location is nice because you are inside zone 3 of the Metro and can travel easily where you want with an unlimited Metro pass. Also the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and you really get to expirience a side of Paris that you wouldn't be exposed to staying near all of the touristy areas. Would defenately go back.
The hotel could use some touch up cosmetic repairs.
Location to exhibition ground.
The images online are extremely misleading. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen and was baffled that they are allowed to operate under such un hygenic conditions. When I read the previous comments, I thought ... not possible, maybe people were being cruel, Until I was asked to pay immediately at reception without any opportunity to see the rooms. When the Man at reception took me to the room, I screamed and asked what is this? He kept touching me on my shoulders asking me to keep my voice down and he would offer me free internet but I wanted my money back. There were cobwebs on the walls behind the door, by the way this is room 66. The carpet (very dark brown almost black with stains) has never been cleaned, had large white stains on it, there was no wardrobe in the room, only a wooden slab (I have images to post online) and 5 hangers, there were 3 tiny beds in the room, the telephone was very dusty and all corners of the room has sand all around it. I questioned myself how did this happen? Am I in Paris? The staff at the front desk (1 at a time) were always chatting on their mobiles even though guests were queueing and waiting to be served. They were very rude and always ready to answer back. I asked for an iron and was told the last guest stole the iron and so there isn't any. It was a nightmare and I been scared by this terrible experience. It is important and fair to future guests (If people still choose to stay here) that the entire Hotel is cleaned and upgraded. It is a disgrace that the Freench tourist board would have this down as a 3 star. 0 star hotels or B&B's are much cleaner. I will never recommend this to anyone, even If I hated them. It is just so unfair
Bad internet service.
Location in relation to Metro Station
Room was very dated Room was poorly maintained No Luggage Storage Facilities Very Small room, Poor Value
Not a place to recommend, unless you like to waste your money. Try to find another place.
Two chinese/Thai restaurants nearby and Subway within 7 minutes walking.
1. Person in reception seems to be butcher not competent for hospitality role. 2. Not worthy 3. Dishonest(I paid two nights rent and reached next day morning, he kept us waiting as the room reserved for us sold for one night again!)
The temporary guy from Tunisia at the reception in the evening was really helpful.
There was some error in the booking and no one informed us. They cancelled the booking with no notification, the guy at the reception in the morning gave a straight face, who "tried" to help us. We had to find something else for a saturday night in Paris. It was highly unprofessional, the behavior of the guy at the reception. We were given one trip and one single bed room, at the price of double. Highly disappointing.
Nice quiet genuine Paris neighborhood. Cafe across the road. Bakery next door. Supermarket a short walk away. Larger cafe area and Metro nearby.
Very small shower.
Close to the centre of Paris. Ideal for someone who is looking only for a place to rest their head and to keep their stuff. Safe, tv, air con in the room, for the money it was quite ok.
Bathroom bigger than the actual room which I thought was a waste of space.
Slow internet, small room
The hotel has very nice location, it was very easy to find it. The metro is sitiated just 5 min away. The breakfast was also greit. The stuff was very heplsom with everything.
Very small rooms, there was also some noise from the street if you like to sleep with open window.
the location is good
the equipment and the decoration is so old.
The place was affordable and sufficient for a one-night stay. It was close enough to a main road, ATM machine, Banks, and restaurants.
A little way off from tourists spots; the evening staff are not friendly as the daytime staff; the universal converters provided us did not work; wi-fi was free only for the first 30 minutes.
once booked and checked in can not modify the stay, even 6 days ago. Most hotels would allow people to modify 24 hours before the day. I ended up to pay double for the last day for this hotel and hotel nearby train station as my train would be too early in the morning and subway would not open during the night.... besides that other thing is okay. The breakfirst is over priced.
