The owner was very friendly and insisted we talk our dog off the leash in the restaurant area to meet her dog! She spent lots of time talking with us. The room was very comfortable and the common areas of the hotel where very nicely decorated. Dinner was great and the service was wonderful!
Staff Comfort of The bed
No élévator Weak wifi
staff, rooms, breakfast, parking,
A bit noisy in room due to window unit not closing 100 percent
Bedroom was tacky and the decor obviously designed by someone who visited Disney world in the 1950's
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Safe storage of our bicycles. Amazing gardens. Great room and breakfast.
Only stayed one night. Would have liked to stay longer.

Dinner at hotel restaurant was excellent! Scallops were cooked perfectly. Dessert was delicious. Great local wine selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.
Booking.com has incorrect information on 'street view' rooms - they don't have AC. We only looked at hotels with AC given the weather was hot. The hotel staff handled the issue well, moving us to a room with AC for the same price we had booked.
Good price and good scenery.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and good quality (although perhaps could have had move variety?). Overall this hotel was great value for money and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Rooms don't have a/c and can't leave window open due to noise !
Clean and comfortable hotel, not far from main roads, excellent price/quality ratio, Wi-Fi gratis, good breakfast, picturesque neighborhood (village of Neuf Briesach absolutely worth visiting), friendly staff
room (3 PAX) relatively small for longer stay but absolutely enough for 1-2 night stay. If you are over 190 cm tall, beds can be a bit short :).
Everything was perfect! Nice rooms, good breakfast, children playground, nice garden
Very clean, quaint, nice bathroom, breakfast was nice although not free.
Room was extremely hot (even in November) - had to open windows to cool down enough to sleep comfortably, which allowed noise from the street to be heard. Nothing really around the hotel - although we used it as a base between Colmar, France and Freiberg, Germany so it was good for that.
very good restaurant in the hotel
