Easy access in and out of the city.

The shower didn't work! The faucet for the cold water fell off. The management refused to fix the shower for us and did not offer any alternative. After much complaining, the only compensation the management was willing to give us was a free breakfast. We heard that at least one other room in the hotel had a similar issue. Although the staff was very apologetic, the management was terrible not only in poor maintenance of the hotel but also in dealing with problems.

Excellent value. Close to tramway or a 15 minute walk to downtown. In up and coming hip neighbourhood.

A little scary getting out of the car at first, as the neighbourhood is in transition. However, it is a lovely oasis inside.

Our room was excellent, overlooking the street, bright and airy. We were told our room had been upgraded, so it's hard to comment on what a standard room might be like. But we loved the area - not right in the heart of town, but definitely walkable - and a pleasant walk as well. It was just a stroll to the river, which also offered nice walking. We were returning our car, so parking wasn't a problem - we were able to park out front to drop off our bags. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We like the hotel for its quaintness and the location and the staff coud not do enought for us, we woud definatly stay again.

The breakfast was good but we didnt think it was good value for the 15 euros that it cost. maybe some cereal a slice of cooked meat and cheese on it as well.

Great windows, very nice old building with historic atmosphere.

Toilet was not clean, when check-in was made.

Location excellent -easy to walk to town along boardwalk Or take tram. Very clean and good bed linen. Not the type of hotel to lounge around in but great for city break. Air-condition buttons in room bit no air con in 1stfloor Breakfast in room available because it's either that or eat in reception If u have a car it's essential to use reserved parking.

I liked the atmosphere and relaxed feel to the place,as well as hotel,it felt like your own studio apartment with hotel service.

The reception staff could not have been more helpful and charming. The hotel is individual and distinctive. Our room was on the ground floor and had French windows opening onto a small enclosed garden. The room and bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was good and could be taken in the room. The only improvement would have been a pull out table or small table to put the breakfast things on

There was nothing to dislike

The area.

The walls were paper thin and you could here everything and I mean everything in the adjacent rooms. The bed corners were sticking out and we hit our knees on them all the time. The stairs were horrendous especially with bags that are heavy.

Breakfast was great. Very relaxing , Freindly reception , close to the city and very cosy place.

No existe recepción,no son responsables,abandonan altos clientes,no existen un Gerente, para dar la cara. He tenido una experiencia, desesperante, de falta de atención y comunicación.
