The decoration (worn out, old fashion) needs urgent renovation.

Nice and friendly reception. Clean and comforty room. Good location with restaurants and supermarket near by.

1.Helpful and kind staff 2.soft bed 3.daily cleaness 4.has hair drier and cloth hanger 5.room size is ok(but some rooms are small and dark, if you think it is small, you can ask for change. Room 56,66 is ok) 6.with lift 7.in 100m walking distance, there are:metro,Chinese food,small supermarket,very good place. 8.On the way to airport, I found camera was left on the bed. I called hotel to tell them room no. When I came back to the hotel, they gave me camera back. Thanks!!!!!!

1.You have to leave key to the front count. They will give you key as long as you tell them room no. It is not very safe. 2.narrow passageway,small lift, only for 4 persons(but it is said there are many old hotels even without lift in Paris) 3.smell bad 4.far from airport

Hotel have a excellent position in Paris is´t super for a trip with friend ! I think the price is very very good. And stuff is excellent :)

The hotel is in a good location and the staff are polite and friendly.

The decor is very dull and tired. Most of the hotel was under construction. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Great location to metrostation, a lot of shops and Monopri the main shop, a lot not expensive brasseri and Patissery. Staff was very carefull, the bathroom was cleane and desinfection every day.

The building is old. Audibility was very "good". I heard everythign. It was 23 room number.

Cleanliness of the hotel/room is not what I expect, wasn't even a shower curtain.

no light in the corridor and hot water shortages (said to be common for old properties) :(

l'hotel est en chantier (feuille plastique pour protéger les sols des couloirs)il n'y avait pas serviettes, j'ai demandé à l'accueil qui me les a fournies.l'hotel est bruyant (les autres résidents ont parlé dans le couloir sans aucune gène

Je n'apprécie absolument pas d'avoir réglé mes 2 nuitées réservées, puis d'apprendre ensuite que 80 euros ont été parallèlement débités sur le compte de la personne qui a procédé à la réservation pour moi, et qui viennent donc s'ajouter au montant de la note versé à l'hôtel, ceci semble t-il au motif que je ne me serais pas rendu à cet hôtel...!!!! Il s'agit nous a t-on dit, d'une erreur et que nous serons immédiatement remboursé... Seulement voilà, nous attendons toujours ce remboursement. Alors pour l'indice de satisfaction... (Sans compter que l'hôtel était en travaux pendant mon séjour(réfection importante dans les couloirs).

у нас был хороший номер: не слишком тесный, светлый, два столика, удобная кровать, две розетки, wifi и своя ванная комната. не было жуткого ощущения казенчины, нападающего иногда в гостиницах. очень близко от метро (при желании до центра можно вообще пешком дойти примерно за час), рядом есть бюджетный магазинчик. район спокойный, подозрительных личностей не наблюдалось.

сейчас в гостинице активный ремонт=) соседний номер начинали долбить чуть свет, пару раз будила дрель. ну и вид самого отеля: ресепшн, лифт и коридоры оставляют желать лучшего (во многом из-за ремонта). пока шли первый раз до номера, не знали, что и думать....но он (номер) приятно удивил.
