It's a good value two start hotel. Rooms are small but it's Paris. Staff are helpful and all in all, it's quite a good deal... for Paris. |

Metro right next door with 2 lines. Coffee shops around for breakfast were nice. Free wireless internet. Friendly reception during the day. They were nice enough to keep our luggage on the day of our departure until late in the afternoon. The night receptionist is not helpful. We arrived after 11pm, and were expecting better explanations, as the hotel charges upfront the entire stay. Additionally, we had booked for 2 people, and there were towels only for one -- this was in order after the second day. We had a room in the 6th floor, which was quite small, especially as we had 2 pieces of luggage. The TV has a bright annoying light always on -- we had to unplug it to turn it off. Fixing some small things could make the difference (broken hangers, shower handle, etc). I guess for a 2star hotel in Paris the price was fair. |

We were able to check into our room as soon as we arrived, even though it was earlier than check in time shown. They offered a shuttle to the airport and the staff was very helpful. |

Everything was excellent for us. If you get a room street-faced you have to keep the windows shut because of the noise or you can ask for a room facing the interior yard, which is very quiet. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very good with shops and metro station just around the corner. The traffic outside made us a little sleepless at night. Especially since the room was quite warm and we therefor had to sleep with the window open. |

easy access to transport as metro near by, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and 30 minute walk to lots of the other tourist attractions. Held our luggage for us on day of checkout. WiFi free and reliable in room. In summer a fan would have been nice as the room was stuffy and opening the window could be very noisy especially Thur, Fri, Sat nights. |

Excellent value for money! I did not expect such a lovely room with all the things I needed for that low price.I Am very pleased with the hotel and will definately be returning.merci beaucoup!!! The only problem was that the rooms were a bit hot,even with the fans on. |

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location was great- it was close to the metro. From there it's a short metro ride to the rest of Paris. You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower or Sorbonne if you don't mind a 40 min walk. Compared to what else is on offer in Paris this hotel was great value and a fantastic find. There's also a bakery nearby and a supermarket just down the road. We had booked a twin room but had to be put in a double room for the first night. We were moved into a twin room the second night so it was no big drama. |

The female desk clerk was so accomodating and pleasant, certainly made our stay more enjoyable. Shower didnt have a door on it, so sprayed water on the floor, the shower head was broken |

Location was excellent, 30 meters from the metro station, bus stop just in front. I was afraid booking because of the negative reviews about the elevator, but it was working. There are many options to have meals. Boulangeries (bakeries) just two blocks from the hotel so fresh croissants were easy to have for breakfast. Front desk staff was always friendly and always trying to help, specially the lady seated during the day!! |
