Staff very nice and helpfull. Food in restaurant good and not expensive, don't have to wait too long. Enough facilities to keep kids busy. Very relaxed atmosphere.

We were looking for somewhere convenient to stay overnight. Even though we arrived around midnight, we were given a warm welcome, check-in was quickly sorted out and we had an excellent night's sleep. A big plus was the availability of parking in a secure area. Last but not least we were pleasantly surprised to be given a superior room (as opposed to the standard room we had booked).

op onze doorreis naar spanje ligt het wel een beetje uit de richting maar dat hebben we er wel voor over wij logeren er al ettelijke jaren ook vroeger toen we naar de azuren kust gingen ik heb ook al gelogeerd in nimes maar daar kon je bijna geen avondeten krijgen

Nous avons aimé, la dimension de la chambre, la propreté et d'être certains d'avoir un confort standardisé sans mauvaise surprise lié à ce type d'hôtel faisant partie d'une chaîne. Les couleurs de la chambre tirant beaucoup trop sur le gris propre au Novotel. Des couleurs plus chaudes seraient les bienvenues

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, co ważne we Francji, mówiąca w innych językach obcych, poza oczywiście francuskim. Szybki internet, strzeżony parking I niezłe śniadania. Polecam bardzo! 4 km jazdy samochodem od centrum Avignon.

Nella camera non fumatori qualche "furbone" aveva chiuso con I tissue (fazzoletti di carta) l'allarme anti-fumo (!!!). La moquette risulta da cambiare.

ホテルスタッフの対応が実によかった。ﾙｰﾑｻｰﾋﾞｽを注文したら、時間外だったものの、わざわざ担当者- が注文可能なﾒﾆｭｰを部屋に説明に来てくれた。またﾎﾃﾙから子供へのﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝﾄや16歳以下の子供- の朝食料金無料など、家族連れを喜ばせる心遣いホッとさせられた。 強いて言えば観光地まで１０ＫＭ近くあり遠いこと。自分たちは車での旅行だったので気にはならなかった。

Ideaal als doorreis hotel of als hotel om een weekend Avignon te bezoeken. faciliteiten zijn gewoon goed. Heel erg fijn dat ze een buitenzwembad hebben, maar het water was wel erg koud.

Chambre spacieuse et relativement silencieuse. Piscine agráble relativement abritée du vent (mistral). Minibar, Bouilloire...Personnel à l´accueil très aimable. Accès à la piscine à travers le hall de l´hôtel et directement auprès du restaurant. Pas de peignoir pour descendre ou remonter de la piscine. Repas bien préparé et bon rapport qualité-prix. Gentillesse du personnel mais sans vraiment de recherche: Aperitif servi en même temps que le plat, olives et biscuits 10 min. Plus tard, plat reparti en cuisine et mangé froid, petits pains à la fin du repas..... Dans une salle de restaurant presque vide, donc personnel non surmené
