The hotel is very modern with all the needed equipment (WiFi, TV etc..) The location is not near the heart of the tourist part of the city (not a problem if you have a car) |

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Meals very good. This is a strange hotel. It is situated about 4 km from the old city, If you do not have your own transport I cannot recommend it as the only methods of transport to the city is via very dodgy bus service or taxi drivers that seem to delight in finding the most complicated ( and expensive) way of transporting you about. The hotel is surrounded by a very disadvantaged neighbourhood ( hence a security fence all around the hotel) Most of the staff are either unhelpful or downright rude. The carpet in the dining room is in desperate need of a clean. Tea/coffee facilites are via a machine in the foyer. If you are in Avignon to see the sights of the town I would try a hotel within or close by the city wall - not here! |

Nice spacious rooms. One of the rare hotels where it was nice staying in the room for anything else than sleeping. Good television / Audio in the room. Excellent kids corner. The website mentions it is 5 minutes from the city center of Avignon. They mean: 5 minutes by car.... On foot it is +/-40 min. But this was the only bad thing about the hotel. |

Refreshing style of the rooms and the breakfast space. Good bed. We liked the breakfast that contained all essential elements of a good meal (as they promote it), but those used to a copious buffet with plenty of choice might find it somewhat limited. You need to like a good (20 min) walk (as we do) to go to the historic center on foot. |

Checking in was very slick which we appreciated after a long journey- hotel clean, child friendly - need car as 3 miles from old city of Avignon.Good parking facilities - although next to a busy road intersection - double glazing was v good and no noise was heard OK for a couple of nights only as you are stuck in suburbia |

The free wireless internet connection was great. The pool was clean and pleasant to swim in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, explaining how to take the bus into the centre of Avignon. The breakfast was as expected. The dinner included in the half-board was very ordinary. I would rather have eaten in the centre of Avignon. |

Comtemporary design. Inviting public space. Rooms are generously spacious. The hotel is not 100% finished. AC in the first room we checked into did not work (which the staff later confessed they had received similar complaints before) but the staff was reluctant to offer help when we reported the problem. There were some minor issues with plumbing in the bathroom and elevators as well. |
