Parking. Comfortable bedroom. Quiet
Location too far out of Avignon. Restaurant was not Ibis, but Boucherie which did not cater well for a vegetarian. The hotel was obviously quite old and had been given a superficial modern decor. Breakfast too expensive.
Location, easy access to Avignon. Hotel clean, staff helpful. Good choices for breakfast.
Reception staff were do helpful and refreshingly assisted me in ensuring I got value for money. I was travelling with my 12yr old daughter - I would have booked as 2 adults but staff ensured I got the reduced rate for my daughter.
Nothing really that I can think off. The doors have a really heavy spring. Would have worried I ha small children - little fingers may have been vulnerable. That's it.
The play area for children and the tea coffee niche in the lobby
The food choices in the restaurant.
Everything was good wifi was good enough to stream.
The A/C was not very strong. By the end of the nite it would cool off adequately however it would take a long time
nice restaurant and swimming pool, parking lot
protect from mosquito
Room and pool.
Distance from the centre of town.
the size of bed. the breakfast is great.
air-conditioner out of order... the fridge is not cold enough... only one staff worked at the reception and bar.
Standard ibis styles Wifi worked in our room
10-15 min walk from the nearest bus stop down a busy road, which the booking.com listing does not indicate. Bus ride is 20-30 minutes to the Old Town depending upon traffic. Air conditioning did not work the entire stay; staff said it would be fixed the second day (Friday) then on Friday said the repair was not finished because it rained at 5 pm. We did not leave the window open overnight (we were on the ground floor), as the hotel has a fence around it with barbed wire at the top, suggesting that it was better to keep the window shut overnight.
Good location between the A7 and the city centre. Clean, spacious and modern rooms and public areas.
Expensive for what it is. Children ran up and down the corridor up to 11.30PM and again from 8AM onwards - not great when you're trying to get a baby to sleep after a long drive. Food in the restaurant best described as average. The service was very slow due to 2 staff missing! AC did not work in room. Had stayed at this hotel previously but will now not return.
I visited Avignon in June which is the high season and so difficult to find accomodation. This was nearest hotel I can find and I was so impressed with the room condition and facilities. Breakfast was also good. Staff are really helpful!
Location is a bit far from the city. You need to take bus. Be careful when you plan your trip as the bus is less frequent on Sunday!
The breakfast was awesome and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The taxi drivers were great - it cost 17-19 € to cab to the city. We were there during the performing arts festival and parking was impossible. The pool was clean, good sized, and had a great balance of shade and sun!
Spacious rooms，excellent in hotel facilities & furnishing, staff are friend & helpful！its continiental breakfast is impressive with its wide range of offer with freshly squeese orange juice！
Location is good if driving as only 5 mins away from city or TGV！Nothing to complaint！
Hotel Room and Breakfast was very good. Restaurant - please see comments!
Restaurant - The Dinner Service was terrible. We arrived at opening time and after a long delay and a reminder to take our order, received a drink and our food over 1 hour later! Not good enough! We did receive an apology from a member of the Restaurant Staff. Apparently they were short staffed. Food (a typical Grill Menu) was OK when we got it!
After A week in London + Paris we were delighted to stay here best breakfast included in price, large room, great price, pool , & wonderful staff were very accommodating + friendly! (We r from Canada)
It was hard to find sort if tucked in behind off the main road Pierre Semard
Excellent hotel with good restaurant on site. Room very good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Shower good. Pool good helped by beautiful weather during our stay.
Adjacent roads very busy and care needs to be exercised when accessing.
Nice hotel., good restaurant. Great value.
Excellent staffs and services. Pleasant atmosphere. More than enough parking space.
- no elevator, we had to carry all luggage to 1st floor by hand ! - air conditioning not working for cooling: hard to sleep at night... - Low cost facilities, no water heater, absolutely not match 120 euros price, for which you can go to a 4 star
colour scheme a bit violent. i am an Interior Designer so may be a little critical. It was very bright and trendy but not what I call restful.
Directions to find the hotel were complicated Broken glass all around the pool area
Big room and bed (compared to other hotels in France). Everything in plain view so you can not forget something when leaving hotel. Free coffee and tea at the reception. Noiseless fridge in the room for your food and drinks. Room clean and quiet.
Internet access still complicated but less than before. Air conditioning did not heat. Lack of heating in the bathroom.
Staff, safe parking facilities, breakfast.
Had a room beside the stairs which was quite noisy when people were walking up and down.
No food on Sunday evening Sunday service is poor
Great room, lovely breakfast. Location wasvsuperb
Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
