It is right next to the train station of Avignon. The bus terminal for the TVG bus is also only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful in giving out directions. The room which we were told that was as upgrade is rather basic. The beds are uncomfortable with no top sheets. The bed covers is not very clean. However, the bathroom is reasonably clean except the shower. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the facilities were very good indeed. A good position, 10 minutes by foot to the town centre and adjacent to the train and bus stations. Easy access to the TGV station. Breakfast was pricey and the reception at the restaurant was slow. The restaurant was closed when we arrived at 8.00pm although we were told it would still be open. In fact the bar and restaurant were never open in the evenings. |

The size of Room is good. Location is Excellent Something like underwear was found in the top partition of the cabinet. I think this is not common and I'm tall enough to see it in my eye level. However, this should not be happen. |

The location was perfect - right next to the entrance to the walled part of town. We also loved the little courtyard inside the hotel that was accessible to all the 1st floor rooms. Very nice! The staff forgot our wake up call so we woke up late one day. |

The hotel is located just betwin noisy road and railway, so If you have a room facing backyard - good to you, but if it faces the road...don't stay there. |

Excellent location for the old part of Avignon and with the station right next door (but not audible within the hotel) perfect for visiting other parts of Provence, large room with separate living area was very good too. |

Excellent position, near to the main City centre and tourist attractions and ideal for railway station for exploring further afield. Grand entrance hall and lovely spacious bedrooms. Sunbeds by the swimming pool were uncomfortable with no matresses on them. Staff were polite but not over friendly. |

The hotel was very nice and very centrally located with easy access to the City. Carpets need to be replaced in the rooms. |

The room was very spacious with a nice new flat screen TV. We had the choice of 2 double beds. The superior room rate covers a few categories of room. We booked 3 superior rooms and 2 had a balcony overlooking the station, while the 3rd had no balcony at all. The best and most desirable superior rooms overlook the garden. Maybe Booking.com could stipulate this to the hotel, as all superior room rates are the same - but some are much more desirable than others |

Family room was large - a duplex apartment, with a lounge and shower room downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Enough space to have your own breakfast in your room. Location is v close to both the train station and also the bus stop where you're dropped if you catch the bus from the TGV station. Had airconditioning - needed in August - and good soundproofing on the windows - no noise at night. If travelling with small children be aware that some family rooms are duplex (and not a lovely garden room like the one shown on the internet) - this means there's a spiral staircase in the room that young children can fall down. Our children of 4 and 2 managed well though. |

Having read the reviews of previous guests I was apprehensive about the quality of car parking and the attentiveness of hotel staff. I can report that I arrived easily by TGV train and bus, stayed with my partner for 3 nights and used the roof top swimming pool and bar facilities. At no time did I receive anything other than good service from the hotel team. Rooms were all spacious with 2 double beds and a seperate lounge area, clean bathrooms and air conditioning. Access to the historical walled city was simple, 8 minutes walk down the main street, arriving in to the cafe-culture street-entertainment papel-palace environment we were searching for. Fantastic break for couples away from kids for several days. |

it was very central and easy to get to shops - sites etc. We didn't eat in the restuarant because the breakfast was too expensive for what there was and the night we arrived wwe went to the restuarant and there was nobody there so after 5 mins we went. We didn't like the procedure of the car park. Why did we have to pay in cash? Seemed funny to us as there was a machine in the car park we found out afterwards. Also in a four star hotel we don't expect to have plastic glasses in the bathroom or no means of writing paper/pen. The staff were not that sociable either. If we recommended the hotel at all we would tell them to ask for the things wwe did not get. But that it is very central |

spacious room and a clean too, the bathroom is quite large, excellent breakfast, very effective air conditioning system don't be fooled by the hotel publicity, the hotel is not in the city center! It is outside the ramparts of the old avignon! But still, it's not a big deal because you can walk a few minutes and arrive at the palace des papes!under the hotel , the parking is public and you can pay just with credit cards or coins, no bancnotes! |

This historic 16th-century building, a former religious noviciate, is now a magnificent 4-star hotel located in the old town of Avignon. |
This hotel, set in a 19th century building which oozes charm and character, overlooks the picturesque Place de L'Horloge in the very centre of Avignon. |
Set in the heart of Provence, only 4 km from Avignon city centre and near the old town, All Seasons Avignon-Sud offers free breakfasts, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. |
Ideally situated in the heart of the city, on the Place de l'Horloge and in front of the Opera, the hotel is a just a stone's throw from the Popes' Palace. |
