Great location, close to seaside and in the middle between Nice and Antibes (10 mins by car). Good value for money!

Smell in the stairs, furniture quite old

We were familiar with the area but did not know the hotel Azur Eden. The room was at the top of 2 long flights of steps(26) each floor. There were 2 straight chairs and a wooden table. The bed was quite low and hard . There were other rooms which were more ameniable for us but we were only going to be there for a couple of days. That went on and on due to the loss of my husband's luggage. There should be pictures of each room with the prices for each in order to make a satisfactory decision. If we were to go back, we would stay there but on a lower floor and in one of the nicer rooms. It was not a good situation for 2 seventy-six year olds. I lost weight and my husband needed a wheelchair for travel between flights at the airports.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area and the family managing it were the perfect hosts! Very welcoming and extremely nice people plus the room was very very clean and had literally everything we needed. There is a huge Casino supermarket 5 minutes away, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the beach is also a few minutes away so it was really the dream vacation we were looking for!

Les photos sur le site ne sont pas du tout fidèles !!! Grosse déception à l'entrée dans le studio ... Il manque peu de choses pour que ce soit très agréable. Le matelas est très "fatigue' il manque des rangements dans la cuisine ! Et la salle de bain ... La nappe en toile cire défraîchie ça ne fait pas très chic ...enfin l'ambiance générale donne l'impression que le studio à été aménagé avec des meubles de recup!!

Il rapporto qualità (sufficiente) / prezzo (basso per il posto); La posizione del paese, a metà strada tra Nizza e Cannes; La possibilità di parcheggiare nel giardinetto interno; La stanza con vista mare; La presenza di un angolo cottura e di alcuni elettrodomestici (bollitore, tostapane, mixer, microonde) che consente di risparmiare un bel po' sulla colazione

Il bagno sarebbe da rimodernare: rubinetti a manopole, bidet con riempimento a conca, armadietto anni 60 con vetri anneriti; La pulizia di alcuni particolari poteva essere migliore: la tenda della doccia (in vasca) con tracce di muffa in un paio di punti, il microonde con residui di cibo degli ospiti precedenti; la signora, peraltro gentilissima, parla solo francese

Нам было нужно: наличие кухни с посудой, балкон с красивым видом и возможностью на нем кушать, бесплатная парковка, невысокая цена. Это все мы и получили. Хозяева очень радушные, приятные люди. Когда мы приехали, на ресепшене никого не было, нам был оставлен ключ в конверте и приветственное письмо, мы сами заселились. Рядом автобусная остановка, до Ниццы 20 минут езды, до Канн около 40-50 минут. До моря около 500 метров, Рядом супермаркет, есть возможность самим готовить и недорого питаться. До Кань-сюр-мер ходили пешком по набережной, прекрасный променад.

В нашем номере был неудобно расположен туалет, но ведь главное его наличие в принципе.

On se sent chez soi avec une déco "à l'ancienne" mais qui colle parfaitement avec cette vieille demeure familiale.

Приветливое отношение хозяев, радушный прием, в номере все необходимое для комфортного проживания, очень уютно. Замечательный вид из окон. Сохранен дух особняка 19 века. Если хотите отдохнуть без проблем и навязчивых партье и режимного питания - отличное место! Море в двух шагах, супермаркет рядом. Есть возможность готовить вкусно и недорого!

La situation géographique, le quartier résidentiel calme près de la plage (accessible à pied). La facilité d'accès et de stationnement, les commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'allure générale de cette vieille demeure de caractère, aménagée en apparthotel. La gentillesse des hôtes et le climat familial.

Le côté vieille France un peu défraîchi. L'isolation phonique insuffisante (planchers). Déconseillé si vous avez le sommeil léger et que vos voisins du dessus on le pied lourd... Le Jardin petit, encombré, et inutilisable par les résidents.

Очень понравился отель. У дома, в котором сейчас находится отель богатая история. Раньше там жила семья итальнских землевладельцев. Спокойная умиротворяющая обстановка. Радушные, приветливые хозяева. На территории имеется бесплатная парковка. Вай фай работал практически без перебоев, и кстати тоже бесплатно. Аппартаменты оборудованы кухней со всем необходимым для того, чтобы готовить самостоятельно. В двух шагах огромный супермаркет "Казино". Рядом море. Идеальное место для путешествий на машине.

Иногда слышны моторы самолетов, т.к. недалеко от отеля находится аэропорт.

L'hotel è in realtà una villa antica dotata di 10 camere molto spaziose con bagno e cucinotto. L'arredamento è molto carino, stile antico, il bagno con box doccia doppio molto spazioso e il cucinotto piccolo quanto basta. Lo staff, una coppia di mezza età, è molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio privato e si trova a circa 500/600 metri dal mare in una zona tranquilla. Nel paese non c'è molto da vedere, ma la posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare la costa azzurra senza spendere un patrimonio per l'hotel. Dista circa 15 km da Nizza, 20 Km da Cannes, meno di 10 Km da antibes e 25 Km da Monaco. Le spiagge sono di pietra, ma basta portar con sè un materassino e non si sta per niente scomodi. Il mare è bello e la spiaggia incantevole! assolutamente consigliato come punto di alloggio per visitare le città vicine. A 500 metri si trova un supermercato grandissimo a prezzi modici.

Unico punto negativo il Wireless mal funzionante. Per i dipendenti da I-Phone o pc il segnale andava via ogni 5 minuti e due dispositivi contemporanemante faticavano ad andare!

Prachtig oud herenhuis, zeer ruim appartement, sanitairgedeelte keurig, kitchenette klein maar voldoende. Zeer aardige eigenaren!

Slechte ontvangst tv-kanalen, ook viel wifi regelmatig weg..

La posizione rispetto al mare ed alle principali città

L'ambiente esterno ed interno è sciatto e disordinato. Inoltre, il bagno è troppo piccolo, vecchio, scadente ed esteticamente deprimente, con presenza di insetti. Angolo cottura appena sufficiente. Dopo appena una notte, abbiamo preferito andare via piuttosto che restare pagando l'intera quota e avendo trovato un altro posto.Grave disagio e spesa inutile.

Accueil chaleureux. Demeure authentique. Studio spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Cadre calme et propice aux grasses matinées.

The location to the local beach is superb (5-10 min) and also concerning the entire Cote d'Azur, it's one of the best starting points. The apartment is fully equipped. Tea maker, coffee maker, even iron and ironing desk, microwave, kitchenette. Parking in the courtyard. The room is nice, with sweet details like the lamp, the pictures on the wall. There is a welcome wine and a bottle of cold water in the fridge which is an incredibly good suprise after the long journey in that heat! The wlan is free, and worked well. The owners are simple and nice. They speak a little English (pretty enough) which is really rare in this area even in restaurants.. I must note that it is not a 4 star hotel, nobody should expect glancy interior and whatever.. but for a flat/apartment (especially in France) this was the nicest ever.

De eigenaars / ouder echtpaar erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De entourage is gedateerd, maar alles wat aanwezig moet zijn is aanwezig in de studio's.

Wij zijn 11 dagen geweest maar niet een keer verschoning van bedden, dit zou mijns inziens na 5 a 6 dagen moeten gebeuren.

We used a ground floor. It's enough to stay with 2 kids. The host is so nice and friendly for even my 2 kids.

An address is not correct but they came to us to be guide.
