The staff were extremely welcoming and nice, they spoke English. The location was excellent, the facilities were also good: we liked the pool, reception and bar area. THe other guests were also friendly, they were families like us. We felt very comfortable in the hotel and we plan to go back regularly. The mezzanine height made it a little unsafe for our children. We had a quadruple family room and there was no wardrobe, so the suitcases were standing in the room and we had very little space to move. Next time we would take 2 separate rooms.

Swimming pool and excellent location to beach and harbour restaurants, Free Wi-Fi. Free private parking on site. The cost of the breakfast and charging for poolside beds. No lift to upper rooms.

It was rather near to both a fine sand beach (without any cost) and near to the city center with resturants and shopping. We also like the pool at the hotel. Everything was good and fine at hotel Azur.

Close to the beach and downtown. Their computer that offered internet access was very old and did not work at all. Get a new one or fix it.

We had a lovely time, patrons were lovely and very friendly.Room was fine, but no wardrobe space for a ten day stay but we managed. Very clean and french breakfast was fine, as you would expect. Weather was fabulous which was a huge bonus. A ten - 15 minute walk to the beach but worth it when you got there. Next door is the restaurant Amadine which was so lovely and the food great, do try it.

Location, pool Kids beds in their family room situated too high above the floor and kids had to climb nearly 3 m high and almost vertical ladder. We resorted to securing upstairs gate with a rope so kids can't climb down at night unsupervised.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je le trouve toujours aussi intéressant tant au rapport qualité prix, que par l'accueil. La peinture des chambres est peut-être à refaire avec des tons plus adéquates pour celles-ci !

l'accueil est très satisfaisant et très agréable. Les chambres sont assez propres mais il faut éviter les chambres au rdc car il y a du monde donc du bruit au bord de la piscine et les personnes passent trop près des fenêtres donc pas beaucoup d'intimité dans les chambres.

La situation geographique, son parking, la gentillesse du personnel, la terrasse extérieure pour prendre le petit déjeuner (qui est très correct) à l'ombre. La petite piscine avec une location des matelas pour un prix raisonnable de 2 euros. Un hotel idéal pour les jeunes et des familles avec enfants puisque l'hotel est à 2 pas de l'île de loisirs et d'Aqualand.Des restaurants à proximité et on peut aller à pied dans les ports du Cap d'agde. Un hotel à recommander sans hésitation!! Douche à rafraîchir dans la chambre 101.

L'accès est assez aisé, et le parking pratique. L'accueil par le personnel, la chambre avec une belle salle d'eau. Le petit déjeuner très copieux,(cher mais copieux). J'y retourne d'ailleurs à la fin du mois pour finaliser mon affaire, je vais repasser par vos services évidemment. J'ai dis que l'accès est assez aisé et non pas aisé, car il manquerait peut-être une meilleure signalisation au rond-point car j'ai pu accéder à l'hôtel par la sortie du parking, heureusement qu'en cette période il y a peu de monde sur la route et dans l'hôtel !
