Sight seeing The room "401" was basically a closet with a bed, not was as advertised on the internet, although we were moved to room 405, I feel that this was overpriced and the "view" was contruction accross the street with scafoldage, will not book again. |

Although the rooms were small the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a very good size and all worked well. Our room location was not the best but our reservation was only made two days prior to our travel. The staff personnel were very helpful at all times. Great loaction to tour Paris with metro and train very close by. Great eateries as well. We found the Parisians to be most kind. Bed rooms were very small. |

The location is right near a subway - very convenient for arriving and departing, as well as being the starting point to various points of attraction. The location is safe and quiet. The room was small, minibar not stocked well, and the breakfast was so-so. It definitely was a place to use as home base rather than a place to relax or do work. |

As Asia, I am glad to find there is a asian restaurant nearby. Also the location is very convenient, just a few steps away from a Metro station. The breakfast was excellent. Furthermore, due to the special offer by the hotel, we were able to afford a suite for my whole family within a reasonable price, plus breakfast is included. But I am not sure if this kind of deal will last forever. As a hotel in Paris, the room is very small which I have expected. Plus the furnature is quite old. |

A disastrous stay was somewhat salvaged by the Staff and their help!! I booked this hotel for two specific reasons. 1. That they had a Junior suite (as I was travelling with my young son). 2. That they had car parking available at a discounted rate. On arrival I was informed that they had double booked the room so was offered two seperate rooms, both of which were small and in one the TV was not working. |

L'emplacement . équipement vieillots , la salle de douche a bien vieilli ; remplissage de la cuvette WC qui dure 15 minutes... Pas de nettoyage autour des WC , traces sales partout dans la salle douche et WC .Moquette sale et passée. Fleurs en plastique à la fenètre !!!! |

J'ai apprécié la situation par rapport aux stations de métro et à mes destinations dans la capitale. Tous les petits "à peu près" qui donne un aspect mal entretenu et vieillissant à l'hôtel : le fil à linge dans la baignoire tendu et impossible à démonter, les joints de la baignoires réalisés à la va- vite, l'aspirateur qui a passé la matinée dans le passage, les tissus tendus déchirés dans l'ascenseur, le bloc porte d'entrée cassé,..... |

sa situation géographique, prix abordable, chambre côté arrière du batiment plutôt calme très appréciable, l'hotel (de petite taille et dans l'ancien) a un certain charme bruit et vibrations de chaque metro qui passe... + parties communes (couloirs, ascenceur) à remettre en état, chambres ont besoin d'un bon coup de frais (certains équipements étaient dégradés). |
