Nothing - albeit the room was reasonably clean. Apart from the room we were unable to access any of the facilities of the hotel. This was very disappointing as we had booked this hotel based on a very pleasant experience at the Hotel Balladins in Evreux in August where the hospitality was excellent. We arrived at 7.15 p.m. on October 25th to find the hotel locked. We were unable to hail anyone and the hotel was obviously deserted. We had been given no code for access. Your reservation confirmation form states that check-in is available from 7.00-22.00. Eventually we telephoned a number from the confirmation form and were given a code to enter the hotel and a room number. We were told that we could have breakfast at 8.30 the next morning - this was too late a time for our travel plans. We left a still-deserted hotel at 7.30 a.m.on October 26th. We saw no-one during our stay. I think you will agree that this is an unacceptable standard of customer care. |

The room was, for the cost easonably ok- if somewhat spartan in the furnishings provided in the room. The choice of TV channels was quite poor. I was disappointed to find that the hotel was a 14euro taxi journey (one way) from the centre of Bourges. This was not clear when I made the bookin |

The rate was good. The rooms were clean, it was close to Versailles. There was free parking. It was hard to find, The rooms smelled a little like smoking rooms even though there were non smoking rooms |

Het hotel heeft sober maar praktisch ingerichte kamers voor een redelijke prijs. De ontvangst is goed. Ondanks dat in het hotel niet mag worden gerookt, is het geheel doortrokken van rooklucht. Er is geen behoorlijke luchtverversing van de kamers. Hiervoor moet het raam worden opengezet maar zeker aan de voorzijde is dit geen optie in verband met het verkeerslawaai van de doorgaande weg voor het hotel. |

Propreté bon rapport qualité prix Très sonore pas d'isolation d'une chambre à l'autre.Malgré l'interdiction de fumer le couloir sent la fumée de cigarettes.Une serviette et un drap de bain un peu juste pour 2 personnes.Après réservation sur votre site, l'hôtel ne m'a pas confirmé la réservation par mail, j'ai donc du appeler. |

L'hôtel n'ouvrait qu'à 17h l'après-midi (fermé toute la journée pour raison non connue)!! Résultat : 1h30 d'attente dans cette zone commerciale perdue! Le gérant est carrément désagréable, malpoli et a l'air de sortir de son lit lorsqu'il ouvre enfin l'hôtel à 17h! A déconseiller, donc. |
