The small bed and very small pillows. I asked for 2 more pillows but there were non available. An electric fan would have been usefull as the room was very hot. Cheese and ham would have been nice for breakfast.

Not far from the ferry to ride our motorbike. The room was small, could not pass each other.Shower leaked onto floor.Not very light and one bedside light didn't work.Breakfast was awful, bread was undercooked with only jam and frozen butter. The coffee machine didn't work,I managed to get about two inches in my cup after a lot of noise from the machine.The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel was a long walk from town,got a taxi back. There was a menu on an a board so thought they had a restaurant, I was wrong,silly me! This was the worst place we stayed out of 7 hotels in a week!

It was clean, comfortable, convenient and the water was nice and hot for a shower! Instructions on how to get in after 2100 were in English and we had no problems at all whilst we were there. We would stay again.

A cheap overnight stop was what I looked for and exactly what I got. The walls were a little grubby in places but the floor and the sink were clean. Easy to book, easy to find and easy to get into when we arrived at 2am. Everything was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Definately fit for purpose and we are likely to make use of balladins again. There were a number of blobs of something that had congealed to the bathroom wall which I felt would have been better removed before opening the room to guests. No real major though.

The hotel located 10 minutes from the Shuttle terminal - The hotel was no easy to find as its light sign was off - The room was not very clean and the TV remote controller was missing - For late arrivals, there is absolutely no possibility to have something to eat in the hotel. By chance across the road is an Ibis Hotel whose bar / restaurant is open 24/7

We just wanted a low price hotel for an overnight stop, this was absolutely fine, I telephoned hotel to advise we would be late arriving I spoke to a young lady Estelle who was most helpful in explaining and then emailing me with instructions on using automatic key machine for after hours. The room was warm pleasant and clean - who could ask for more. We will use this hotel again.

The hotel is very old and not up to standard. There was no way to complain to the management when the room next door was making an unacceptable amount of noise, drinking, and loud music until 3.00 am. Even though we complained to them on several occasions they did not stop. However a free continental breakfast was offered by the management the following day - there needs to be some kind of contact information in such a situation
