Old and ugly facility. Our bed sheets and the curtains had tears in them. The hotel manager was very grumpy and not very helpful. We did not like anything about this hotel other than the fact that it was close to Mougins. We would have been better off to stay in Cannes and drive the 10-15 km to visit Mougins.

La struttura si presenta gradevole all'aspetto esterno accogliente la donduzione e familiare le stanze sono strette anguste e invivibili così come il bagno nel complesso rietngo che sia scadente Le stanze sono stette angiste e invivibili pure per una sola notte I 4 posti sono composti da un letto matrimoniale e un suppalco pericoloso dove si trovano due lettini manca l'aria il bagno e strettissimo

Ich hatte zum üblichen Preis gebucht, der auch auf allen Werbeschildern vor dem Hotel gezeigt wird. Als ich kam, hatte das Hotel aber wegen einer Messe in Cannes die Preise verdoppelt. Das hat den Besitzer offensichtlich genervt, denn ich bekam ein Zimmer ohne Blick und ohne Sonne hinten zum Hang. Dafür war es ruhig ... vor dem Hotel führt nämlich die a8 Nizza - Marseille vorbei.

L'insuffisance de prises électriques. Une seule dans la chambre dédiée à la télé. Aucune autre possibilité de connecter un ordinateur voir un chargeur de téléphone portable. A revoir car important pour les gens qui voyagent. Penser à installer au minimum une prise à hauteur du petit coin bureau. Par ailleurs le téléviseur étant trop bas et surtout mal placé à l'angle du petit hall donnant à la salle de bain est dangereux pour la tête des clients qui se relèvent du lit après avoir "tchatté" sur l'ordi ! c'est ce qui n'est arrivé de désagréable sans trop de gravité en dehors de la douleur sur le crâne. (Pour utiliser l'ordi j'ai du bien entendu débrancher la télé).

L’hôtel Belvédère est en réalité un hôtel "Balladins" en cours de changement de raison sociale !!! Piscine inaccessible pour cause de nettoyage ! Climatisation bruyante ! Viennoiseries de petit déjeuner pas fraiches !

El personal de recepción, no muy amable.el personal de limpieza sin embargo, super amables. Pero no limpian a fondo la habitación. Excelente alberca, pero un poco molesto que cada que se desea nadar, se debe solicitar desactivar la alarma. Ya cambienle el nombre El nombre verdadero es Balladins.

Une piscine tres sympa,la proximitee de l'autoroute pour aller dans des beaux endroit de la cote d'azur, comme canne,monaco,antibes et surtout l'arriere pays, Grasse ,St Paul de vence. En bref une bonne situation geo... Le parking un peu defonce par les racines des arbres,donc attention au vehicule bas

Accès difficile à trouver, l'enseigne n'a pas été mise à jour le nom visible de la route n'est donc pas le bon. C'est extrêmement désagréable que la patrone réponde à des coups de téléphone personnels alors qu'ele vous accueille. Enfin les pains du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas frais.
