Easy to find, clean. Hotel appeared closed on arrival, car park deserted, no lights. But lady appeared to help me. No resturant, breakfast was pre-packed crispbread+cheese or jam. Could only find McDonalds to eat in - about 5 mins drive away.

Very good location, nice ambiance and presentation. good wifi connection and large working desk. I have enever seen bathroom of 1 square meter; all was in but feeling like a canned fish. No air conditioning; cannot recommetn this hotel in summer.

Absolutely outstanding reception service. I was checking in very late (after midnight) and he talked to me on the phone several times to give me directions, etc. When I got there he was waiting outside the front door - made sure I found my room, etc. In France it would be very common to just leave my key at the front desk for me to pickup so the very personalized service was outstanding. I was even able to take a late-night (1am) swim in the outdoor pool. Thank you! It made the frantic last-minute part of my trip much more bearable. Parts of the room could've had better housekeeping. But the general upkeep of the facilities was excellent.

Very pleasant family run hotel with vibrant individual decor, and beautiful imported ethnic furniture. Not as you would imagine a chain hotel! Well placed for Lyon St Exupery Airport. Very friendly management. The restaurant was closed for the month of August.

We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the Lyon airport, and the price. We received what we expected; the room was small but adequate and the location was ok. The restaurant was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and treated us well. The room was very small and the bathroom was the tiniest we have ever experienced.

En arrivant malgré l'heure tardive tout était près avec possibilité de boire une boisson chaude dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très agréable dans un joli cadre avec en plus l'accueil du personnel très sympathique

Chambre totalement rénovée, très sympa, bon lit. Dans cette chambre (208 je crois), un important bruit (type vibration) venant de l'extracteur de la salle de bain, assez désagréable

Kamers waren in verhouding met de prijs. -Bij binnenkomst werden wij niet direct geholpen. -Wij vertrokken vroeg in de morgen, niemand had ons verteld dat het terrein met een slagboom gesloten was. Gelukkkig kwam er net een Franse meneer aan die met een code de slagboom open kon doen.

Mon fils et moi avons apprécié la gentillesse de toute l'équipe d'accueil, la propreté de l'établissement et des chambres (merci aux femmes de chambre ! ah! la bouilloire avec le café, le thé et les petits biscuits !) la bonne literie, le petit déjeuner en buffet très copieux, le calme, le parking fermé. l'hôtel est un peu éloigné de tout, mais il a tout ce qu'il faut ! (on peut y manger et dormir ! c'est l'essentiel!)
