We only wanted a light evening meal but full buffet price had to be taken , which would have been ok if we were hungery.

Free bus to airport.

Hotel location is not what is shown on bookings, is on the other side of the highway.

It's within walking distance to the airport but there is no footpath.

Close to Marseille airport with good free shuttle. Rooms nicely furnished. Dinner service in the hotel (as well as breakfast). Staff friendly. Morning shuttle at 6 am worked fine. Close to train too.

Bathroom drain smells. Dinner not good value.

Excellent airport location, and has the right hours and services for airport users. Good value. Breakfast and dinner pretty good. The room was a good-size and well laid out. If you take a train at MRS, this hotel is walkable to and from the station.

The highway proximity.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. I already miss them! I also like the ability to have my meals at the hotel.

The heater did not work in my room and a light bulb though I reported it was never replace over my bed.

Dinner and breakfast were good, and reasonably priced. I had a good night's sleep. It was great to get the courtesy bus to the airport. I did appreciate having wi-fi.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room instead of having to buy it at reception and carry it to my room.

Hotel is close to Airport as we had a late arrival.

Room was very small - no where to put suitcase. It was difficult to communicate with Hotel staff as they didn't speak/understand English.

The staff was excellent, helping us get rid of the car and getting us to the airport in the morning. The buffet meal was as good as any we had in Provence...a very nice, easy alternative to finding something elsewhere. It was laso delicious! As was the well stocked breakfast! The room was a little cozy, but there was PLENTY of water pressure and hot water.

Nasty big step out of shower. The lights that lit up the grounds also lit up our room.

Located rather close to the Marseille Airport (about 20 min walk if you know where you're going). Quite and peaceful. Good idea if you need to spend the night having arrived on a late plane. Transfer to/from the airport during the day.

Unfortunately, no transfer at night, had to walk with bags :)

Near Airport and has Airport Shuttle

No baggage cart, no english spoken, room the size of a closet. With 3 suitcases we could not walk around the room.

The best thing about Hotel Comfort was the staff. Myself and a friend were on a bike trip and even though we were staying for only one night the hotel agreed to store our bike bags for ten days for free and we collected them on the way back - very nice of them and saved us a lot of money. They were also very helpful in driving us to Marseille airport twice. And the rooms have air con, which was very welcome in the August heat.

The evening meal wasn't brilliant, but it was ok.

The stench of public men's rooms in the bathroom, and the rest of the room. A different smell in the hall, but just as offensive.

Location, swiming pool and diner

Room because there is a bad odours permently; fronte desk during check in was ok but during check out I tried to check out before 5:00 hr AM and the Guy said it is impossible but He checked out for other guess.

Receptionists were nice and available!

It wasn't close to the beach.

A known name with quality expectations to uphold. Convenient to the airport and shuttle service offered.

Although convenient to the airport, it was somewhat isolated. (Impossible to safely or conveniently walk to anything else - restaurants, shopping, etc.)

Perfect transit hotell with excellent shuttle service and price worthy in all other aspect.

Location is 10 mn walking from airport but they have a reliable shuttle service

Restaurant closed at 21h30, but that was week-end, it might be different during the week

Did what it said on the tin.

I can not think of anything I liked.

1. No airport pick up. 2. Tiny, tiny rooms. 3. Food quality not in a par with food prices. 4. A bit distant from Marseille airport.
