Hôtel Balladins Mulhouse/Bartenheim  

Next to airport runway, constant noise of aircraft coming into land. Two beds which were about big enough for children. No food left at breakfast time. Supposed to be a triple room and was a very small room with only the 2 small beds.

The location near the Basel-Mulhouse airport.

Very small room without windows, no any facilities besides the tv (that works very bad). One night hotel.

What I liked best during my stay was that the staff had arranged everything for my arrival. They booked the taxi, they left me the invoice receipt in my room because I would spend only 6 hours in the hotel and I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone during my stay.

I thought that the bed cover could be a little bit more clean. It seemed like it had a lot of stains and I was unsure of what were the stains about.

The only good thing was Virginie, the girl at the reception who tried to resolve the problems we had at the hotel.

The chambermaid forgot to clean our room 2 times in 4 days!!! The bathroom is very very little, you have the WC with the shower over your head!

Nothing!

Noise from aircraft. No restaurant or even a vending machine to buy a sandwich. Small room with limited facilities. Toilet was Cracked and not very clean. Poor quality breakfast with cheap ingredients. I wouldn't recommend this "hotel" to anyone!

We needed a hotel because we did not want to travel a lot in one day. The location of the hotel and the combination op price and room was very good. We did not need more. Gr. E.Flikkema

Great Location, and very inexpensive

Very small rooms with motor home sized bathrooms. Seemed more like a 1 star hotel than a 2 star hotel.

Location

No airport shuttles, no contract with any Taxi service. The staff lies about having a contract with a Taxi service, which is in fact inexistant.

Unable to use Bathroom sink as plug was broken- did not complain as we arrived late after a long journey and just wanted to sleep.Booked twin room but arrived to find two singles made up as one double so not enough bed linen for the two beds which we pulled apart.Once again did not complain for reasons given above.

Functional and cheap for an overnight stay.

Not recommended if you are looking for luxury.

The receptionist was so lovely and went out of her way to help us out.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. The only reason we stayed there was to be close to the airport but the hotel is surrounded by abandoned factories and one supermarket. We also had one night that left us very scared, some people had come back to the hotel and the screams that ensued were horrific. We stayed in our rooms out of fear of what was happening out there but there was nothing we could do as the hotel was not staffed 24 hours. There was also no fridge in the room which led to me getting food poisoning.

The hotel was cheap and easily found. Hotel byl levný a snadno k nalezení.

Very short distance to the airport, thin walls, so it is quite noisy. Blízko letiště, tenké stěny, doporučuji špunty do uší.
