Primero la persona de recepcion no hablaba ingles y era muy dificil cominicarse con el, yo hablo ingles , espanol, e italiano , sin embargo fue muy frustante hacerme entender con la persona que nos recibio. Segundo poder tomar un taxi de nochefue imposible especilmente cuando tuve una emrfgencia y no pude salir del hotel

Bien situado para ir a Villepinte, zona tranquila, bien insonorizado. Personal amable.

Cuarto de baño muy pequeño, desayuno muy caro por lo que ofrece.

Cramped room for two. Tiny bathroom. OK for one or two nights but irritating for longer periods. Very plain food. A McDonalds would be preferable.

The hotel is really nice comfortable but the location is a little bot outside Paris..maybe some tourists need that more to be in the Paris..the wireless connection wasn't so good with the signal something was wrong

Extremely helpful staff member who spoke excellent English and was ver informative about travel into Paris and had upgraded us to a business room. It was very warm and comfortable and well placed for the airport and for a day in Paris by RER. Much cheaper to go to Paris from there (Goussainville) than from the RER at Charles de Gaulle. Note that though the train supposedly stops at Gare du Nord according to the board in the station, it actually then carries on to Chatelet and further south.

Not the hotel's fault but beware that the RER does weekend engineering work, and on the way back to the hotel we had to leave the train two stations after we got on, get a connecting bus which then stopped short, wait 50 minutes in the cold with a lot of very confused people, finally get another bus to where the trains supposedly started again, only to be told it was going backwards, not forwards, then were told it was now so late there were no trains, but fortunately another bus turned up which took us back to Goussainville, by which time it was half past midnight. An hour's journey taking four and a half hours with a distinct lack of information. The RER can be very confusing, not nearly as easy to follow as the metro- I would tend to avoid Chatelet as a transfer point from or to the metro, as it has many confusing platforms even if you speak French as we do, and are used to the metro. Change at Gare du Nord when coming into Paris, it is simpler and clearer.

Tiny room. Bed clothes cheap. Poor choice at breakfast for price. Expensive.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The continental buffet breakfast was decent for the money.

The hotel advertises free airport shuttle, but it does not specify it is not available every day. The two day I was there, I was forced to take a cab and pay 65 Euros in total!!! It is the price of the room!! The quality of the room was poor: dingy, old, the tv was across the bed flushing the led lights all night. The hotel in total is run down and dingy. Dark hallways with energy saving options, at night did not provide the feeling of security. It is in the remote area. Even thought the rer train is within walking distance, you have to walk through a not so pleasant walkway to get there. Unless you have a car, you are forced to take a taxi when you have a luggage. It is not a convenient place for a quick in and out while on the go. I would not chose to stay there again.

no shuttle ready

The hotel facilities are up to standard.Nice, clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff can be dealt with, after establishing some ground rules. Once accepted as a peer, they are even friendly and accomodating. Breakfast are expensive but worth it. The gated parking is a plus .

The shower faucets are very sensitive and an inadvertent move can give you a dose of extremely scalding water. If you stay more than a night in winter better remind the cleaning staff not to turn off the heating completely.

I liked the closeness to the DeGaulle airport. There is a terrific Chinese restaurant within 3 blocks that was recommended by one of the staff. We were surprised by how many local people knew about it as it looked like a quiet little place but soon completely filled up.

We had to take an additional room because the one we had was way too small to organize our luggage in. We were flying out the next day after over two months of travel.

Close enough to the airport for morning flight very clean room comfortable bed, very clean everything, thank you.

It served its intended purpose, parking when coming back from another country to get to the airport with no crazy city traffic

no coffee pot or coffee, very small rooms, way over priced, will never stay at comfort inn again, staff was unfriendly, no soap or anything like that, very poor hotel

Hotel is not close to much of interest except the town and museum of Baccarat. This was not impportant for us as we used the hotel as a mid-point stopover on our trip from Germany to Paris.

Homely place with easy acces

Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was too small and crowded. I could not comfortably sit at the desk because there was not enough space for the chair (too close to the bed). Single rooms could have a smaller bed. I also paid more through booking.com than the rate advertised by the hotel.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. One young girl receptionist made us feel like family. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel easy to approach from the airport, the recepation waited even the check-in was after midninhght.

Close to local amenities.

Bad location for getting into Paris and is located in an industrial like estate.

We chose this hotel for its closeness to the RER station and to CDG and it worked out very well for both. It is an easy 7 minute walk from the station for day trips to Paris. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would use it again on our next trip to France.

Aeroplane noise.

It was quiet which helped facilitate sleep in preparation for very long flights and stopovers.

TWO things Negligent customer care causing us to 'run' for the supposed shuttle, which was actually public transport about 700 metres up the road. This was AFTER we had stood in the BACK CARPARK, for 10 minutes waiting for the hotel shuttle to appear. We had sent an email asking to be booked on the free shuttle. The answer which came back said " yes you can book on the shuttle". Not yes, we have booked you on the shuttle. A strange response to a direct request "can we be booked onto the free shuttle to reach the airport by 9am?" Meaning if there is one going at that time, and if there are still seats on it - please book us on it. We arrived late at night VERY TIRED and asked at reception to confirm about the shuttle - and were told the shuttle goes at 8.28am and you get it from over there, vaguely thumbed directions to the side door. We were NOT told that the hotel does not provide a shuttle until after 9am. so we were not given the opportunity to make better arrangements for ourselves than to stand in the cold weather for 30 minutes waiting for public transport. This was the beginning we had to a 32 hour journey back to our home in Australia. Also, I asked for double beds for us, not a twin single bed double bed, we didn't expect to be sleeping on a bed divided down the middle. That division in the bed was far from comfortable. The room descriptions are incorrectly advertised online - and we would have made other choices had we known. The customer service is so poor that I doubt that anyone related to the hotel will give this email the slightest attention, but it has to be said that the customer service given to us at the Goussainville Comfort Hotel was very poor.

The hotel is in a quiet location and very conveniently situated for CDG airport if you have a car. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast although a basic continental one was wholesome with an acceptable choice of foods. CDG airport is well sign posted from the roundabout nearest the hotel. Would stay there again.

Relative proximity to airport

The Shuttle service does not operate on weekends which was not indicated on the site and caused us to spend over 60euros just in taxi to go and come from CdG! This was basically the same cost as the room itself. Unacceptable.

Personel on receptiondesk dont speak any foreign language and even French is a problem, mostly cheap african people are working there Reception Also closed great part of day, restaurant closed on sunday en nearest restaurant 20 minutes walk. Hotel is in industrial area and if you are not with a car, and have to use public transport to paris, not a really comfortable area for women. Lot of dark places, and drugs rehabilitaion centre in close distance, what you need To pass to railway station, to travel to paris center
