ease of location of hotel, easy access to Paris and to the hospital, as we will be returning to the area for yearly hospital reviews and find it suitable and convenient. I booked 1 twin room amd 1 double room. The Twin room was not cleaned the next day and whilst in the room with our friends, other guests arrived with a key and gained access to the room, we felt very uncomfortable about this, and was very concerned about our security. |

Gentle personnel, new and quiet rooms, convenient location close to RER and nice surroundings. Good place for eg. visiting Paris and staying nights favourable. Breakfast was not that well organized while some items were finished before end of breakfast time. |

good price, good location, near RER (10 min walkiing) - 30 minutes by RER to the center of Paris, underground parking, hotel is in a calm place change beds - beds are uncofortable, air condition is not good, could not sleep well |

staff are excellent in dealing with poeple,room service was excellent ,. wifi net service was super, they were cooperative. as location 20 meter from TVM and bus station and 5 min walk from RER A. the beds are non comfortables , even the double room beds they aren;t realle double as they have but the two beds beside each other, the most distinguish thing that they don't have a fregerator in the rooms inspite of their readiness to keep your things in the main hotel frigerator.in bref they have an excellent cooperative staff try to bypass the defects there, |

Hotel is totally new, just open in April 2009. Everything is fresh, modern design. Staff is very kind. As it was the very first day they open there was some delays with computer system and we had to wait some 10 minutes - Manager personally brought as refreshments. Very nice attitude. There are not enough pictures on booking web page. The only incovenience is distance to RER station - fast walking it takes about 7 minutes. There is bus stop close to hotel and bus station near RER, probably could find a bus. |

Contrairement à d'autres balladins superior celui-ci bien que récent n'est pas à la hauteur du nombre de ses étoiles. Le mobilier est sale et déjà abimé, la chambre sentait très fort la fumée et la propreté des lieux laissait à désirer : mégot coincé dans l'évacuation des eaux de la cabine de douche, couvre-lit et rideaux couvrets de taches, même les draps n'inspiraient pas confiance. Voisins bruyants et chambre mal insonorisée. Pain sec au petit déjeuner. Buffet de qualité inférieure à d'autres balladins supérior. |

Accès à l'hotel par les transports très bien. La proximité de la gare, très commode pour ceux qui ont besoin d'aller sur Paris, ou sur créteil, par les bus. Le service petit déjeuner, mettre à disposition plus de baguette de pain, ne pas attendre que cela soit terminé, et que le client en demande. Nettoyage des tables petits déjeuners, peuvent être mieux nettoyées (à cause du verre, qui doit avoir une impression de netteté. |
