The Hotel Assistence is working very well, at first Miss Jessica is a nice human, organised as soon as possible all of our Kinds. No disclammer, but air condition or fun in rooms would be good...

The hotel was clean and comfortable and of the six hotels we have been to on our week traveling this had by far the most friendly and helpful staff and the food was very goos as well Wish it had a lift

Location Not a hotel but a motel all rooms opened onto an external walkway or the ground floor onto the carpark Very odd to find that the reception and all facilities ie coffee and snack machines closed in the evening.( No drink making facilities in room)Code activated electronic gates to get the car back into the carpark but an open gate that any one could walk through made me feel that security could be an issue with no staff about

We chose Balladins as we were travelling from Calais to Verbier and this Hotel was a good halfway stop. We had also heard Troyes centre was worth a visit. We would have preferred to stay in the centre but it was hard to find accommodation in the centre that was good value for money. Balladins was good value and a 5 minute drive to the centre. Balladins doesn't have any personality, it serves a purpose and is fine for a one night stay. I wouldn't choose to stay here for more than one night. It is not very sound proof if you're a light sleeper.

Friendly, helpful staff. There is a restaurant near by, which was convenient. The hotel was located at a convenient point on our route home. This is located out of town in a commercial area. Staff are only on site at certain hours (5pm to 10pm and in the morning). The locked doors and shutters out of staffing hours were off-putting and other guests were a bit noisy.

Clean rooms and public areas. A good breakfast enough variety to suit most tastes and plenty of it. Bar not open on evening of our stay. Restricted check in time on day of our stay but hotel did notify us of this change two days brfore we travelled.

It was cheap and in a convenient location for our trip through France to Switzerland. There was no-one available for check in until after 5pm which was inconvenient as we thought we could check in earlier. There was a machine available for people that had booked online direct with the hotel.

Easy to find when driving, very friendly and helpful reception staff speak English, clean hotel, excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Overal it was a good value for money, when I was driving through France.

You will need a sat nav to find this hotel. The room we had booked were not adjoining and it was clear when booking that we were a family of two adults and four children. However happy that the hotel is happy to accept dogs. Breakfast was plentiful and good. All in all value for money! The rooms still smell of smoke!

A very good stop for travellng south from Calais to Nimes. Good familiar hotel with excellent facilities. Food served in nearby restuarant is good also - fairly easy to find with SatNav. It was a holiday so restuarant in hotel closed - breakfast was good value though.

Personnel aimable. Chambre vetuste ayant mal vieillie, mauvaise fermeture de la fenêtre , moisissures dans la douche , eau tiède/froid le soir !!!. Chambre bas de gamme reservé pour les prix attractifs sur internet ??? , je me pose la question , la prochaine fois j'irais voir ailleurs.

Bon accueil. Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner ok 1 chambre pour 3 mais il n'y avait que 2 grandes serviettes. Il restait de grands cheveux noirs derrière la porte de la salle de bain...
