The staff were very helpful. My room although small had been recently decorated and had everything I needed. It was a good situation with the Best Western next door as the hotel had a bar and restaurant. It was really good value for money.

Value for money - but don't expect much in the way of comfort. We picked the hotel for an overnight stay based upon the picture presented by their website (and the low price offered). The room that we stayed in was clearly of a different hotel as the room itself was small, cramped and did not have basic facilities such as a shaver plug in the bathroom. There was only 10cm space between one side of the bed and the wall. In the bathroom, the tight space was even worse, we found it more comfortable when using the toilet to put our feet inside the shower!

Je suis écrivain vagabond. J'ai trouvé au "Balladin" de belles balades pour mes mots et un bel havre de paix pour le repos de ma plume. Rien que de belles plumes vagabondes au fond... Guy Delhasse écrivain venu de Liège Un rien éloigné du centre ville mais les lignes de bus sont régulières et confortables.

L'accueil du personnel. A un peu plus de 40 € avec les taxes on s'attendait tout de même à mieux. Chambre très petite et collée aux cuisines, rangements insuffisants surtout dans la salle de bain, cabine de douche très étroite, éclairages et prises insuffisants... J'espère que ceux qui paie le prix fort chez ont plus de chance ! Si on avait su on aurait choisi un hôtel d'une chaîne un peu plus chère (type Campanile) ou alors un d'une autre beaucoup moins chère pour le même "confort" (F1).

l'accueil. La chambre en générale. Les chambres ne sont pas isolées du tout. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cette établissement pour ces raisons car trop de bruit. Les personnes qui étaient dans les chambres voisines étaient très bruyants. A minuit, le calme n'était toujours pas au rdv, j'ai du appeler la réception pour qu'ils interviennent. Mais bien évidemment malgré leur passage, il a bien fallut plus 1/2 heure pour que ça se calme. Pour un réveil, toujours par les mêmes personnes à 6h45, c'est pas l'hôtel idéal pour se reposer.

Proche du centre de la ville, près d'un zoning de magasins, prix intéressant, parking sécurisé, possibilité de manger sur place (jolie carte) Insonorisation des chambres assez faible; clientèle de passage ou "d'affaires" se souciant peu de respecter le calme.

La présence de personnel à l'accueil à mon arrivée, 22h. La présence de boissons chaudes (bouilloire+dosettes café/thé/lait/sucre) dans la chambre. Hotel calme et feutré Petit manque de choix des chaines télé (service de chaines basiques). Pas de volets ou rideaux occultants aux fenêtres

Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel d'accueil est disponible et sympa. L'insonorisation des chambres est très moyenne ! Il ne faut pas être gros pour pouvoir utiliser la salle de bain, très petit espace !!!
