We were driving from the Gers in the south of France back to the uk and needed somewhere to stay overnight. The Hotel Balladins was just perfect, clean, comfortable, cheap and just off the motorway. I would highly recommend it. We also had our dog with us and they didn't mind at all.

We stayed for an overnight break on the drive from Calais to the Pyrenees. It was exactly what it said it would be, a hotel in an industrial estate close to the motorway. There are lots of cheap places to eat nearby and on site secure parking. The room was small and the bathroom tiny, but it was fine for a place to sleep and get ready for the next day's drive.

Rooms were quite small but that is to be expected for the price. Lots of restaurants near by, free parking and wifi. Helpful staff. Would stay there again.

It was very close to the motorway It was next to a large shopping centre The double room was so small it was uncomfortable having two of us in it The air conditioning didnt work in the room There was nowhere to put our luggage The bathroom was tiny with no window I have stayed in the balladins in Bordeaux for 10 euros a night less and the accomidation was much better. I stay in budget hotels a lot and this was the worst I have stayed in for some time. It is a real let down to the balladins name

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, convenience to motorway. We stayed again en route home. this is what I would recommend the hotel for - a stop over. The twin room felt cell like but stayed in double on return which was much nicer and staff went out of their way to help my disabled friend.

Good price. Good continental breakfast for the price. Very convenient location to motorway, restaurants and hypermarket. Secure car park Room and en-suite rather small for three adults but manageable for a one night stop. Wouldn't be suitable as a base for touring the area
